I had to reload the program to get it to work. Would like to see notifications when deposit or withdraw occurs though.

The mobile app is very basic. It allows you to check your account and make internal transfers, and view history. Please add the ability to pay bills and make external transfers.

Constantly having to call to get my password reset for no reason.

I would like to see what's pending

Previous version worked fine on my GS6 edge but now since the last update all I get is the open loading page with USB on it. Please fix and I will rate better. Still works on my iPhone 6 (work phone) just can't get it to work at home.

Really don't like the new system seems very generic over the previous system, really unhappy that you can't see pending transactions anymore.

Not as access able as the old system but not bad. Would be nice to be able to view pending transactions, like you can from the website.

I'm happy to have & it's correct so when I'm out I can always check my account

Trying to log in for the first time, and the app asks for my log in ID, then without asking for a password goes to a screen saying log in info is incorrect and suggesting my password is expired. Please fix!

Can't see pendings and is really nice to see what's going out on the app instead of going on line

Like a couple of people said the new website is terrible, you cant see pending payments anymore and that screwed me over 3 times thinking my credit card payment withdrawal was paid when in fact it was pending and that kept putting me in the negative all because of the new site and app not having the pending

Since new website launched, we are unable to see pending transactions. The balance and acailable balance is not always accurate. It is impossible to tell what transactions are currently pending, and what has yet to be pending. Before I could see the pending deposit of my paycheck a day in advance. Now I cannot see it until my paycheck clears and is actually deposited. I wish we could use the old website. I am strongly considering finding a new bank because of all of this.

Doesn't seem to work with lollipop. I login and app just closes. Would love to use it but needs updating

Not sure why this feature was taken away? Love the app but pending transactions needs to come back to the website and needs to be introduced in the app. Seriously considering switching banks. This is a must have feature.

I miss the pending feature from the old website! That was how I kept track of what was actually processing and what had yet to hit my account. The available balance isn't always accurate. Also I had it set up to alert me when deposits were made to my account. I don't like that it doesn't do that now.

This app works great for checking your balance and transaction history. There are a few bugs in the app but I'm sure they will figure them out soon. So far so good. they are going in the right direction.
