Setting up initial details was slighty non user-friendly. The form had no explainers (? ) no indication of what format needed for input dates and 'email id' was slightly confusing. 'Email' alone would have been better. Also the graphic is very poor and gives the impression of an unprofessional app. But functionality appears good.
