UNIQLO WAKE UP

I used to have this app on my ipad two or three years ago and it was my FAVOURITE THING EVER. It was amazing and I loved it. Sadly my ipad got stolen and I could never remember the name of the app to find it again. I have been searching for it all these years and when I found it again about a week ago I was delighted!❗HOWEVER❗ It doesn't seem to ever go off? If I am connected to the internet and have my phone on IN USE it OCCASSIONALLY works. But if my phone is on sleep, it doesn't work!! Please fix this!!

The perfect alarm for people who like to be late for everything. Late, and looking great in a lovely Uniqlo outfit as they sashay in to work at 2 in the afternoon looking fully rested with the boss screaming at them in Japanese pointing at his watch. An extra star for the app because in all its utter uselessness it looks very pretty. Nexus 5X

Ever since I upgraded my phone to marshmallow this app refuses to work. Tried reinstalling it to no avail :( please fix this!

I absolutely LOVED this app the alarm woke me up so peacefully every morning. Since the update the alarm just does not work. No matter what you do, it just doesn't work. I'll probably uninstall until I hear of a better update. I keep setting it Hoping it will get better, but no such luck. So sad

I gave this app a five-star review, but now I'll set an alarm and it just doesn't go off. So disappointing - this was my favourite alarm clock.

I used to have this app and used it for years it was brilliant. Finally got round to downloading it on my new phone and I was an hour late to work because it didn't go off!!!

Have tried everything, no matter what time I set, it never goes off.

I installed yesterday, but it didn't work please fix it. I saw my roommate using it, and it sounds amazing which I really want to try it my self.

Now it doesn't work. Alarms will never sound. Do not use this app until fixed or you'll be late to work like I was...

Simply doesn't work. I used to love this app but it's literally non-functional now. Don't bother installing it.

Since 2014, there hasn't been a fix. Alarm still can't bypass the screen lock, and there's still no option to fix that either

It just doesn't work at all. It cannot find GPS. It doesn't ring.

Previously a great alarm app. Two stars for how good it was before.

doesn't work anymore since the update, terribly disappointed since this was such a cute way to wake up and start the day on a high note (literally). will be waiting for the update, if they even listen to users and finally try the productivity out for themselves. quite sad.

You've been good to me Uniqlo Wakeup but this love hate relationship is going to slowly murdering me, I cannot handle the pain of being late. Farewell friend.

And you had to go ahead and change it. The app crashes, I can't fund a way to set two or more alarms up... please fix this issues.

Hello! Alarm doesn't sound while tablet is sleeping. Moreover, application can't compose its interface for 4:3 aspect ratio - ALARM button disappears.

New thoughts : I've gotten used to the old way UniQlo requires you to set times - - not really a bother anymore. I actually like the average sleep time feature. Old review when updated initially occurred: Still a simple, clean and beautiful app… but maybe now a bit too simple. They've added a sleep tracker, for whatever reason, and removed alarm scheduling. No longer can you set an alarm to ring, for example, Sunday at 6 AM and Mondays at 8 AM. You must set it every night. Extremely frustrating.

I don't fund the sleep tracker any useful. I loved this app before the sleep tracker was integrated. Every now and then I come back to see if things are back to the way I used to. Maybe give us the choice to either enable sleep tracking or not. Just allow us to have the alarm set up as it was previously

This app was the best way to wake up. Just changed providers from Verizon to US Cell, and phones from Lg G2 to the G4 and now the app no longer works. If youre using the phone and the screen is on, the alarm goes off, but if the phone is locked or not being used, no sound come out. The screen will light up to show the wallpaper and that you have an alert for the app, but the app no longer wakes the phone to let the alarm go off. Which is sad :( when yo go to the alert it just takes you to a black screen

Loved this on my iPhone. Got a Samsung S4 and now it won't work. I loved this app and very sad that I can't use it anymore. If they fix it I will definitely be using it again.

Dear UNICLO, I would like tell regarding the matter of UNICLO WAKE UP functional capabilities since the new update.It has seem that the application does not run and useable as it previous version. I remembered that when I first downloaded the application was the day that I first found out about the best clothing store I have ever been to. The application version mid 2014 was the best time of my life to wake up with UNICLO WAKE UP and I really miss the globe display that it used to has with passionate music.

I don't usually post negative reviews, but this just had to be said. This used to be an amazing app, but features and functionability seems to go down with every single patch. At its current state it is a broken mess - not only does it not do what it is supposed to, but it also interferes with other alarm apps on my phone. Very disappointing.

Motorola Nexus 6. Even after latest update you can't repeat alarms anymore. Do the developers read these reviews? Uniqlo please fix.

This app was a beautiful way to wake up every morning. Now it's... Broken. I wish they would fix it or even better someone made a third party app with the same function and voices/sounds.

Still doesn't work

It doesn't matter how many nice features you add if the core functionality doesn't work. After all this time, the alarm still doesn't work! Make sure it rings in the morning when people need to wake up!!!!!!!! Such a shame - your app could've been #1 in the world! Previous review left one year ago "The alarm clock feature is not reliable on Note 3 but the app looked nice and pretty like uniqlo style. It works once after clearing the settings but then it doesn't work after the first time."

Not working at all. I've set several alarms but they don't seem to work whatsoever.
