Keeps crashing

Please improve your apps specially during checkout. Very irritating to keep on asking to fill out the particulars and payment details.

Won two vouchers through the roll a dice game but they disappeared after some time. :(

Crap app. Layout are not even aligned. Design layout are confusing. Menu doesnt even work.

Keep asking you to key password, card details,address......... and still can't proceed to on line purchases !!!!! Very disappointed

Reliable quality and reasonable price.

Was hoping to make a purchase for a birthday present when the app malfunctioned. Wrote in to the customer service for help, only to be brushed off with a 5sgd discount by Md Hazwan. Thinking that it will solve the app payment issue. Never heard from them ever since. (Turns out, I'm not the only one with bad payment experience after reading other customers feedback.)

After checkout, my voucher was not offset. worse i am billed additional $2 for express! then the item was not delivered to the POP box. i get missed calls from the post office - which ask me to key in the extension of person i want to speak to. i have to call Uniqlo customer service which takes another 3 weeks to track the item to redeliver to me. This happened twice! Din happen when i bought online from the web DONT USE THE APP! IT OVERCHARGES for express delivery and excludes your voucher!

The payment system should be better at pointing out what error(s) occurred rather than just asking me to fill in my particulars over and over again. Overall I took a longer time to make a successful payment than the time taken to shop in the app. Please improve this!

Open and tap shake to win feature, apps automatically crashed! I remove it immediately.....

Hope uniqlo can read and fix the problem.

Reinstalled, cleared cache, gave all permissions. Still crashed on start. Useless!

Game took too long to start. Hence I exit and restart but it's flagged that I had already played for the day. This happened for the past couple of days. I missed my chance for that 2 days. :-( :-( :-( Again (8 Oct), it denied me of my chance to play coz game hang during loading.

Today, 8th August 2015, the app has been completely nonfunctional for every search I tried. I was checking for SG50 & Nat Day promos. Last week it was fine. If it remains like this for the whole week, I'm gonna uninstall it! I've had service glitches at their store, which is why I tried self-help with the app. And now, this! Grrrr. I expected better from such a big retailer. But I shudda known!

Upon check out, can't check the order. Buyer needs to review and confirm the order, whether the size, the color is correct before making the payment.
