Extremely laggy. Takes forever to load a page! Please enchance your UX level.

I cant even use it after downloaded it. It crashed constantly!

I was purchasing items online and filled up all details MANY times but it just doesn't work for me to place an order! Your mobile number indicator has 11 digits but some customers have only 10 digits mobile number. If you want customers to key in country code, please state it. Else it will just show all files are required or please fill up all AGAIN. If the customers forgotten the password, they would expect immediate response when they click "forgot password". But there is no response at all! Disappointed!

When I click on the 'MEN' or 'WOMEN' tab, I expect to see categories of mens' and womens' attire..not new arrivals of them. Make them more like 'KIDS' tab. Plus, the whole UI is cluttered..with too many banners.

I installed the apps and can't open it. Restart my phone the same thing happen. My phone is android ver 5.02- Lolipop

A little slow to load, but other than that, it's fine. So many offers too xD

It either takes a long time to load or it just says no Internet connection even though my data is working fine.

I'm still trying to open it is n it said no network connection. Lol!!! I've go network connection. Then I try to press the button, n I wan to open it in external browser but it cannot open external browser. Ar u kidding me??

The app sometimes updates to versions that are not even able to load on my Mi4i

8 out of 10 times I use the app to play the Shake and Win contest, it freezes out on me. Very dissappointed by it. Don't even mention winning, I can't even get the dices to roll. If I restart then the app will say I have played today when it just freezes and the "loading" sign just comes out and that's it I lose the chance.

Photos take too long to load. Very messy to use. Don't waste your time using this app.

Browsing on this app is slow and beware when making payment because it might freeze and cannot be continued. Use the website for your online shopping needs.

Allows hang especially when u check store availability for an item and very slow....

Please make a "Add To Wishlist" button cause it's such a hassle for us to search one by one the item that we wanted to buy.And please lower the Free Shipping to RM75.00 price(
