This app helps Utility engineers in various industry sectors to calculate easily the pipe sizes for Steam, Water, Air and selection of Insulation material for the pipes.
Steam: In this section, engineers are able to calculate the pipe size based on the data available with them.
They can also calculate the Flash Steam % in their condensate network.
Steam Table is also provided in this section.
ROI (Returns on investment) is also can be calculated
Steam Trap Selection can be made easily based on the application.
Water: In this section, the pipe size for water can be calculated.
Water saving tips also given in this section.
Air: Compressed air pipe size can be calculated, pressure drop is also calculated. Good engineering practices in industries also mentioned. Removal of moisture from air is also mentioned. And energy saving tips also given.
Insulation: This section helps engineers to calculate the heat loss from pipes if not insulated.
Also they can select the correct material and thickness.
Apart from this we have ‘Know your process’ section, where we have given the typical process flow diagrams for industry sectors.

Its a great app for mechanical utilities and for calculating liquid pressure and flow where it never does ask for the target units but gives you handy in tabular format with all possible units ....great app and UI is attractive and simple ....the best fit for professionals .... One suggestion though ...it would be great to see history and export in text and XML format for selected calculations...keep it up great work
