As best secure system is an offline system , and you are making it so secure that actual users are not able to use , you should shut the it department down and work on pen and paper. you application connects on selected networks only. it not at all mobile. i can access it with mobile network internet and only works with my dedicated fiber line connection . why you even tried to create it if you cant make it accessible. you could have said you need to come to the branch for all the transaction . we are not yet qualified enough to make a user friendly internet banking application.

I have been using online banking of Bank of Maharashtra since 2009, and mahaonline since it is introduced. It's the best application as far as security is concerned. Plz don't share negative reviews without using the app. I'm sure all negative reviews r written without proper knowledge and use. Thanks Mahabank team.

Worst app ever. Stupid UI. Inconvenience is caused always while using the app and in infact while going through the whole process of online payments of net banking (on all platforms ( app / web)). Sometimes it feels insecure to pay from MahaSecure. Serious suggestion to you of enhancing your technological services. Get your IT Guy / Company CHANGED !!!!!

Very worst application... What's the purpose behind to give such application for the service of customers. ...is it for convenience or for inconvenience. ..since last so many days I m facing trouble for the transfering amount and all other transactions... Even I call to customer care but no fruit come out of this...

Useless and stupid app. Can't even register from my phone. For last 3 days i am trying to use net banking from this app and this useless app saying can't register this phone, contact your admin. After trying to call their all customer care numbers and helpline numbers not a single call get picked. If you try to use net banking it says download the app and this stupid app don't let me use my own money. Worst app experience ever.

Not getting login into my New Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 model. After entring password, retrieving process, massage display that "your device can not be registered. Please contact your Admin" Pls slove this issue. Or let me know any solution.

May initially come off as difficult to get by , but totally worth the cost of security. Was inconvenient at the beginning (when not familiar),but has never given up on any of my transactions. Quite reliable a gateway.

On Transfer page, if there are more than one approvals on phone with 4.5inches approve button does not show up. Multiple approvals shall be allowed. Many such small small inconveniences can be incorporated

No gurantee product sometime it is very nice some time not even login position. Upgrade version is useless not open window in mobile view. I am using four different id's all of a sudden one id's is not work. While login always received message for contact following number's but there is no one attend the calls. You don't do net banking services you are only do traditional banking.

This is the most third class application developed by bank ...its military grade security and all is complete nonsense total waste of time and money in this bank ...request all to close all accounts with this third class bank ...customer care also sucks gives alternate customer care nos.but can't help you access your own money .

Unable to select my account number from the drop down. I wanted to transfer money urgently. Plus the online option also demands for some bullshit downloads. Its crap.

It gives me a bad experience after using migration option .it does not view best on mobile. plz tell me how to go to previous version. plz reply fast .

Even employees must be using other bank's mobile banking. Clearly no focus on young generation's needs. Is BOM only for rural and old customers?

Seriously I think this app is useless in name of security. Now I can't login any browser Since I activated maha secure. Now i need this in every pc. Why? Better use otp system for every new login in any machine like baroda banking. So that even if other person know password stil can't login easily.

Why app allows to configure server address to user? Start the app, do not login. On top right corner click on gear icon and change server address!!! Anyone can hack this app!

U r totally wrong and make waste of time if u think net banking is easy with this app or bank of maharashtra computer oriented app. Im going to shift my acc to other bank just because of this headache . If there were need almost 3 times the same login procedure from crome how could one get and feel the actual digital india experience and cashless india . Our all policies are just get structed by these type of people who made easy work to very difficult mode for general people .

This app is not working where filters are applied to select like ROI, BENEFICIARY SELECT, ETC.... Since a week I am trying to for efd bt this is hopeless app. Previous one was quiet good

Worst app. UI is not user friendly. Many places UI gets cropped and there is no way to scroll horizontally. Not able to perform most operations. Useless app by BOM. Don't understand why BOM is going this way instead of improving their web based net banking.

Always helpline no busy.... authentication problem...even don't have proper handler to help queries ... My online banking is getting error for service suspended otther device....

Was not facing any issues earlier. But now i cannot login to my account. First it says login successful and after dat a blank screen appears and a message appears that i cannot login, please contact admin

The application does not work for Mi Note 4. Whenever I try to login it shows handset not compatible. Also why the hell this much security? I can't even use net banking on any PC just because it need to download and install this application. I'm tired of this Maharashtra bank's Net banking. Transferring my account to another bank.

Just review your services, just wasting my time in the app, bt works are nt done, you hv nt sent me d OTP, bt askng me to enter OTP, worst service by bank, and foolish designing of app

Worst app i have ever used. Can't able to access any functionality. Worst UI . App developers do work on app, as this is only way for internet banking

Shittiest implementation of a solution ever. Once you enable mahasecure on your account, it's the only way to access your account. It then restricts users to access their account from web. You then have to download a desktop client to use your account then. It seems the app was was also designed in prehistoric era. Also once you activate mahasecure, there is no opt out mechanism also! It's all a way to fool customers into thinking they are are very secure when in fact it's just that they use an ssl connection to communicate with the backend which every other bank website also does without forcing users to install such applications!

Really worst app. Not a single transactions could be done since installing. App always crashes while doing transactions. It's irritable best way not to use it.

Worst online banking app. You try to do anything it 9 out of 10 times it'll tell you your request cannot be processed. Bank of maharashtra really need to improve it's online banking system.

Maha secure they said... Well said.. Because it doesn't even open with the ID and password.. Gives error everytime... Staff was like that only and the technical proving themselves.. Kudos!!

Very very very very very worst service in first few days u would be confused what is this banking after transfering money also it wouldnt get transfer every time it showing transfer failed please dont use BOM for any of u r transaction better to go for any private bank than thease type of worst banking services

sir, previous version was very good. but now u magrated to new net banking version which is not user friendly. We can'tselect options.so more work is needed. Pl work on this issue

most of the time it is showing below msg while trying to login. Failed to open/create local database net.sqlcipher database SQLiteException: file is encrypted or is not a database: while compiling: select count(*) from sqlite master

From all bank app this is very best in security ever than others, and the REL-ID(short of RELationship-IDentity) security is best which is provided by Uniken an Indian company... Very nice app and I recommend to all those who uses the Internet Banking please log in and transactions done by it.... Thank U...!!

The application again and again show error of sql if i will not log on for a long time like 2 weeks or more. This error in application annoys me very much. Please fix it as soon as possible.

Dear Maha Team, I have been really disappointed with your services, be it online banking, debit transactions and ease of use. Nothing works. I have to email everytime to get things done that too for each module. Really pathetic.

Pathetic app! I wonder even Bank of Maharashtra's employee using this app or not. 1. What kind of GUI is this? Mobile devices need GUI which is easier to use. 2. Internet banking option is so tedious to use that you need to get out of transaction window , copy/ memorise OTP, go back to transaction page to complete transaction. 3. Does this work on Android Nougat ? I got blank screen without any option to proceed. (Might be bug in app) 4. In the era of competition , This bank Application GUI is so slow, so much drawbacks, and so much to learn from other bank GUI . 5. is it secure really ? If its Designed & Maintained by Link Software and Systems Pvt. Ltd, BOM can ask these guys to evolve with time to make BOM app user friendly !
