Not user-friendly.. It should be a one time activity to avail the internet banking. The customers go to branch to apply for internet banking. After receiving the passwords they again have to apply startoken PIN which consumes a lot of time. Its a good step to make the tr password get regenerated by customer. Now it will be good to make startoken mandatory and to generate startoken PIN by customers themselves without visiting the branch.
The worst app ever. Since Star token app has come in, I'm not able to login to my account. It's been a week now absolutely no response to my mail communication send to BOI team on this
Worked in starting proper now it is not even opening to me , saying that too many failed authentication. I didn't even opened password wrong. Suddenly started saving that.i am unable to use anything. Very bad.
Worst app.. BOI please grow up with digital India... You are very poor to be online.. Security doesn't mean customer's inconvenience. Unable to activate txn pwd. For every small we have to contact bank offline only!!!
Worst bank and even worse app. The app blatantly refuses a PIN I just registered few hours back. Not just that, it asks for multiple logins in this day and age when most banks operate on OTP or thumb prints. I only love your stock because everytime it rises I get a good opportunity to short it. You guys are the worst!!
Worst mobile banking solution from BOI. Everytime i try to login it throws an error and shuts down. You guys should either resolve this issue or remove it from PlayStore. And dont harass public by developing such applications.
Worst banking app. Don't download this. Once you download you can't use your internet banking directly. Only you can use through app only. In any other banking app, you need password just to enter. This needs login ID and password everywhere.
Worst app ever. No boi customer care support. Customer care executive never ever attend any call on helpline nos. No forgot password option. Very backward services infact worst ever bank services
You wouldn't be able to open startoken NG or starconnect retail, make transfer smoothly, it shows error all the times. It is most worst app I have ever seen. Above all worst bank management which does not take in to consideration customers reviews.
I am very sorry to say that this is a pathetic app. Even SBI has better apps. Neither management nor the developer know anything about the need of an average customer. Many a times I had to reinstall the app to get it working!
Worst banking services ever. Because to update mobile number, anything you want to update you need to go to branch and write an application for the same.No online facilities for anything even after you have not banking services activated. Even after that you will not get your things done. I also suggest a long ago to improve this kind of pathetic services. No improvement till now. You will find all other banks have far faaarr better services than this. Now I only have an account I cannot do anything because I am staying outside the town where the branch is. Even the persons sitting in the branch are more confident than the services provided. This was my experience since last 4 years.
This is a worst app of bank of India . My experience is very bad with this. When I changed my device then asked for mobile verification and security answer but I was not receiving any OTP from this and I was unable to sign in . Do something for this . I was not receiving any OTP so I entered wrong OTP and now authentication failed.
This is useless app. After several uninstall and install I am not even able to login. At first attempt itself after putting user id on submission it says 'too many additional authentication attempts". There is no one at the branch who can comprehend the issue. I have visited three different branch. Sirf hava me tir marte rahte hai. Same user id working fine on PC or laptop.
Worst bank. And not useful app. Only limited options available in app.for more details or transactions, need to login again to netbanking
From last update I unable to enter any values (number, remark etc.) In retail netbanking. Please solve issue asap. Otherwise app is nice n useful.
It's the worst mobile banking app I have ever seen. Really, every feature of this app is designed to tell people how not to design something. Really, its an art to design something this bad. Not everyone can do it. Bank of India Jindabad.
Useless app. Zero rated. Requires loginID, verification key, activation key, need to create PINs, app password. Special characters cannot be used in password. After logging into app, for funds transfer, it again takes you back to bank website where it asks internet banking id and password. Bank sent login password and transaction password, but it does not accept those. Need to visit bank to get it again, and it will take 20 days minimum. Bad service at branch and worst bank app ever. BOI online transaction may be less than 2%. Military grade login security is so a strong, even genuine customer cannot login. Useless bank with worst service. Will close my account soon.
Bank of India Internet Banking is the most inconvenient Net working system. Please try to make it more user friendly. You are asking many informations which are not required. That makes it most irritating for the customer.
App software is very horrible to use. Bank doesn't allow to connect other apps like Phone Pe etc. It takes 24 hours to add beneficiary.This is 1st disgusting thing, after two times user name & password verification. Money transfer must be instant. Instant के जमाने मे ये क्या खेल रहे हो | Due to this I think to chage the bank. Bank software officials are tooo lazy to update the app.
Failed to create or open local database... This is the error when I get post my entry into application... After various updates still this issue... With single platform available to use the account how can such things occur? Have also sent mail with a snapshot attached
Worst app of BOI. I tried about 20 times to login after changing my password. But it told me an unidentified user. Where I login successfuly on the wevlb. BOI should do something better for this
It is not working with my Mote e3 power. It is processing to fetch data and not completed since long time ago.
Highly secured app. People who think IB should be user friendly are risking their account database to hackers, no wonder they could again watch news of IB details hacked liked ATM details of SBI and other pvt banks being hacked in recent past. Easy to use. Scope of improvement is always there.
App is outdated, u should update it for younger generation coz old people dont use it. I cant recharge my Mobile it says ur transaction password is wrong change it, I changed it but still it says same thing.
Faltu aap hai login me v problems hai 2-3 month se login nahi ho paa raha hai koi solved karne wala hai bahut time maine complain kiya koi reply nahi aata hai.. Worst app hai ekdum bekaar

But I have been hearing the cassette since half an hour that "BANK OF INDIA, RISHTON KI JAMAKUNJI. BEYOND BANKING". Is it true..? Firstly make it within bank properly then tell BEYOND.
Every install first time i use properly then after showing error message like sql db.... Not connecting properly.

Bad experience while setting up app, as in my previous phone it working properly, and after installation in new mobile i forget security questions and try all possible attempts, now I can't sign in or use this bank's net banking through my mobile, App had no option for re setup or forgetting option kindly help or guide me
Worst app available on play store.There is no support available if you are logged out from the app.It kept on asking about the secret question which I don't remember. Now I cannot login to the app for the past 1 month. provide support and customer service options in your app.
I am closing my account at boi. Since its been 6 months that I am not able to log in to my account. I have reset the password and user name 3 times through branch also and no one is able to tell why it's not working.

What the hell BOI is doing with coustmer. Service should be able to make user friendly. If login credentials entered wrongly for 3 times, it should block for 3 or 4 days if not 1 week. But, what the worst service is this. Its been above 20days still can't login to my account. Startoken app is worst compared with sbi anywhere app its so simply and user-friendly. Just make a big help from BOI that remove this startoken app download option and make this simply to online banking. We will just login from browser and will make transactions easily. If you want to keep this startoken app make user friendly to users.
