I love this app, but it is not scanning tickets. It says invalid QR code for every ticket I've tried scanning and also won't load the list of people who have purchased tickets for the selected event so I can check them in manually. I just get an error message when I try to load the list. I just did an update to see if that would fix the matter, but to no avail. Please fix!!

Just started doing business with Universe and already selling tickets to upcoming concert. Downloaded ticket manager for Android Samsung 6s Edge, and this app crashes on opening immediately. Please help!! My event is this Wednesday!!

At an event needing to check in 2500 attendees and none of the android versions worked. Good thing half the group had iPhones! The iPhone version worked great. Checked in all the guest without a problem. Not a good thing for this app though! Please work out issues with android!

It's super easy to use. I really like how fast it is to scroll through all the attendees of my events. Also scanning tickets was surprisingly fast. Really helped me managed the door much better. I really love all the tools that Uniiverse provides. Highly recommend checking their site.

Makes it super easy to get a list of users from Uniiverse and check them in at my event.

The Android version wouldn't scan certain tickets for an event with multiple ticket types. The iOS version of course worked flawlessly, but on dozens of Androids it didn't work.
