Da immer mehr Kommunikation inzwischen auch außerhalb des Büros von unterwegs stattfindet, ist es auch nötig, einen professionellen 1Unified Communications Client immer bei sich zu haben. UNICOPE hat dazu die 1Unified App entwickelt. Diese Version zielt genau auf die Bedürfnisse der mobilen Kommunikation ab und stellt dabei jene Funktionen zur Verfügung, die dafür wirklich wichtig sind.

Funktionen:

-Teamübersicht
Durch die integrierte Presence-Funktionalität in der Teamübersicht ist sofort ersichtlich, welcher Kollege momentan erreichbar ist und ob er gerade telefoniert. Die Teammitglieder sind durch die Gruppenzugehörigkeit schnell zu finden und durch die Detailansicht können genauere Informationen (z.B. Gesprächspartner) angezeigt werden.

-Presencestatus
Setzen Sie Ihren Presencestatus genau nach der aktuellen Tätigkeit. Mit Hilfe der 1Unified App können Sie den aktuellen Status auch bequem von unterwegs setzen, um so Ihre Kollegen und Mitarbeiter über Ihre Erreichbarkeit zu informieren.

-Anrufe vom Festnetztelefon mit dem Mobiltelefon annehmen
Anrufe vom Festnetztelefon können ab sofort bequem am Smartphone angenommen werden. Eine Benachrichtigung teilt Ihnen mit, dass jemand am Festnetztelefon anruft. Durch die integrierte Namensauflösung können Sie die Kontaktdetails des Anrufers bereits sehen, bevor Sie abheben. Durch einen einfachen Tab wird der Anruf direkt auf Ihr Smartphone weitergeleitet.

-Anrufjournal
Das Anrufjournal des Festnetztelefons ist am Smartphone immer mit dabei. Bleiben Sie stets bestens über Ihre Anrufe informiert, auch von unterwegs. Sortieren Sie sie bequem nach „alle“ und „verpasste“ Anrufe und nutzen Sie die Möglichkeit, Anrufjournaleinträge direkt zurück zurufen.

-Telefonie
Die Telefonie läuft direkt über das Mobilfunknetz und nicht über VoIP. Ein- und ausgehende Anrufe belasten nicht das Datenvolumen Ihres Mobilfunkvertrages, sondern werden über das GSM-Netz Ihres Mobilfunkanbieters hergestellt.

-Benachrichtigungen
Die 1Unified App ist vollständig in die Notification Bar von Android eingebunden. Sie bekommen eine Benachrichtigung, wenn ein Anruf an Ihrem Festnetztelefon eingeht und werden so über alle verpassten Anrufe informiert.

Diese App ist speziell für die Verwendung mit einem UNICOPE 1Unified System entwickelt, für Privatanwender ist eine eigene App bereits in der Entwicklung. Bitte haben Sie noch etwas Geduld. Functions:

Team Overview
The integrated Presence functionality in the Team overview is immediately apparent which colleague is currently achievable and whether he's on the phone. The team members can be found quickly by the group membership and by the detailed view more detailed information (eg interlocutor) can be displayed.

Presence status
Put your Presence status just after the current activity. With the help of 1Unified app you can also easily set the current state of the road, so as to inform your colleagues and employees about your availability.

Accept calls from a landline phone to the mobile phone
Calls from a landline phone can easily be adopted on smartphone from now on. A notification tells you that someone is calling on landline phone. The integrated name resolution, you can already see the contact details of the caller before you pick up. A simple tab of the call will be forwarded directly to your smartphone.

Call Journal
The call journal of the landline phone is the smartphone always with. Stay up to date about your calls, even on the go. Organize them conveniently for "all" and "missed" calls and get the opportunity to call the call journal entries directly back.

Telephony
The phone runs directly over the cellular network and not via VoIP. Incoming and outgoing calls do not load the data volume of your mobile phone contract, but be prepared via the GSM network of your mobile operator.

Notifications
The 1Unified app is fully integrated into the Notification bar on Android. You get a notification when you receive a call on your landline phone and be informed of all missed calls.
