About R2 Pickup
Existing R2 customers, notify your pickup department via email about assets that are ready to be picked up. Identify the item or asset by either scanning the barcode or typing in the product or asset ID. Include typed and/or voice comments as well as take pictures. The email is sent to your pickup department head configured in the R2 Web Server, with the option for the user to cc the same notification to other email addresses. The message uses a configurable template defined in the R2 Web Server. In situations where network connection is unavailable, the pickup notifications will be stored locally and can be sent when network connection is restored.
