About UNFCU Digital Banking
The UNFCU Digital Banking mobile app allows you to securely manage your UNFCU accounts from your smartphone or tablet:
• View the current balance and transactions conducted in the last 90 days for each of your UNFCU savings and checking accounts, credit cards, loans and mortgages.
• Make UNFCU loan, credit card, and US mortgage payments.
• Borrow against your line(s) of credit.
• Transfer funds to other accounts at UNFCU or at other financial institutions.
• Apply for a new loan or track the status of an existing application.
• Securely deposit checks with a picture using Remote Check Deposit.
To access your UNFCU accounts on this app you must first enroll in Digital Banking at www.unfcu.org. You can then log in with the username and password that you create.
Note to current UNFCU Mobile Banking users: After you download this Digital Banking app, please uninstall the UNFCU Mobile Banking app.

Before it was not possible to open the app. Now, with the new version, it's impossible to use the menu touch key: as a result, no possibility to make any operation and to log off.

Another go and again not successful: once installed (HTC mini, Android) it prompts to upgrade my browser (!?) to access Digital Banking. What for? Still not able to log in.

I cannot open the app at all on Nexus. It just sits there with the initial screen and do nothing.

Upon opening the app, you get a white screen and when you are lucky, the menu that allows you to actually use the app will work and give you options. I tried to deposit a check and it was really buggy with taking pictures of the checks.

It sends you almost always to a page requesting you update your browser even after you have done so. The only time I was able to enter the menu doesnt work and you cant even sign off! Had to turn the phone off to get out. How on Earth did this disaster even get approved by UNFCU? They had a fine app before but as usual they through away what works to put a new thjng that doesnt.

When opening the app it prompts to install a new browser - though one of the choices is Firefox and it is already installed. So I can get no further. Also why should the app need the browser? If I can get to the bank site by browser what is the point of the app? Very poorly designed and misconceived. My Firefox just updated and the UNFCU app still won't open. Why can't I give it less than 1 star? UNFCU support won't answer my emails either.
