Uncle Bob's Self Storage

Oh wait, the only place it takes you is the digital age 10+ years ago. That's not really cool at all. It's an utterly useless app with 4 buttons & an outdated design. It has #1 a link to their website, #2 a crappy notepad, #3 another link to their website, #4 a map of all their locations in the country, which can be found on their website. Don't clutter your apps & memory, just bookmark it. BUT... I've had zero complaints in the storage life I've shared with them, so use them, just not their app.

I'm telling any of you looking for a storage locker facility, Uncle Bob's is grade A number 1 on my list and I've been a customer of 5 others in the past. Jennifer the manager at the Fenton location, is absolutely the sweetest, most incredibly dedicated and caring person I've met in the storage locker facility market!! Seriously, watch out to any other companies that offer the same services in our around Fenton, MO, because once they meet Jennifer, it's a done deal! Thank you Jennifer!!

If I'm going to download an app, then I'd expect it to be a little more than a map of locations, a bookmark, and a post-it-note. I can get all those things online without installing anything.

Waste of time. This is just a bunch of links that go to a website. Waste of app sauce

The UI is okay. I hope they update this soon and add material design. Because it's as useful as a wet napkin now.

Poor planning for an app one should be able to pay on their account directly within the app, instead of being redirected to the website. I wouldn't even give it a star.

I thought I could log into the app and access my account and info. But it sends you to the internet website. Thats where you can access your account for payment info etc. The "app" is pointless since you have to log into the internet anyways, so I deleted it after 5 mins of installation. Now I just use the web.

This app just opens their website. At least their website is mobile friendly

As many have previously said, this app is just a decorated link. My main reason for only giving one star is because we changed storage units to a larger one--still at Uncle Bob's, which I am actually satisfied with the actual storage facility. This app will not allow me to "un"remember my old unit's info and input my new unit's info. No matter what I do, it inputs the old info. I will pay my bill on the website, and never use the mobile app again.

I would like the ability to pay my monthly storage bill through the application. The app merely takes u to the mobile website. I can simply do that by bookmarking it or saving the page to my favorites. Moreover, I would like push notifications to remind me when my bill is due. Currently I have to create the reminder using my Google calendar. In this day and age, this is a very poor app.

Twice now, I have tried to accomplish something in this site. 1) paying a bill...said it went thru but no sign of it or record of my time on the site found it....caused me a late charge. Then... 2) son in hospital all week from ...dead fone charger...used a nurses tablet& email to write a letter trying to pay my bill and ask for some understanding of situation. Again....more charges and no record of email that was done on this site do I have no record of it. Lousy site!

Just shortcuts to bookmarks they think you'll need that open the browser. If I wanted to go to your website I wouldn't need an app. This company is in the stone age of digital technology.

This app is made of a few parts: 2x Internet shortcuts A note box, stored locally An old hodgepodge of Google Latitude icons on a GMaps event. This app is not useful at all. I get more functionality by bookmarking the website. This app needs many new things: Modern UI Full account management and payments from the app (optional: Google Wallet support) Synced/Backup-based notes/picture box(consider a Drop box API backend) Updated GMaps locator service
