Sorry to say but downloaded with lots of enthusiasm and purchased right away. But unable to access any information. Only thing that is seen is favourites. No database despite updating. Not sure what's wrong. Edit: After several uninstall and reinstall cycles it is now working.

I usually use the Sanford Guide hardcopy. In comparison, I think it's comparable & way more user friendly. I would love to see them expand the diagnosis & management section to add in more clinical usage. Also, I would love to see more monitoring parameters & how to manage toxicities. That would be stellar. What is still yet to find out though, is if this transfers when I trade in this horrible phone.

Says it's the best 30.00 he ever spent and so far I've found it thorough and useful.

L70%

Great idea, great layout, even intuitive (which one seldom sees these days in a med/healthcare app). But alas, it's really just one more app that says it's free and is essentially non-functional until you BUY the "complete" version. Guess I'll just stick to Epocrates and Micromedix.

It is a good book in infectious disease and antibiotics

It's probably my favorite for ease versus completeness in a mobile platform

Paid through Google pay for the full app. Now apparently they created an account system, but it never had me make an account so now the app is useless without re-buying it.
