Diagnosaurus DDx for Android
Shouldn't be advertised as free
Wish the design would be updated
Very helpful during rotations
Essential app for every GP
Good for a quick reference
Great for quick reference without wading through explanations.
Can't believe no one has rated this yet. This is a great app for medical students whenever they are in the clinic or hospital and need a refresher for a quick differential based on chief complaint.
As a PA student this app has been extremely helpful. Love it. I had some trouble after paying for it but uninstalling and reinstalling quickly resolved it.
Makes my life a lot easier in clinics.

And now I need to pay again for the updated version? This isn't right. This is unlike any other business model for mobile apps I've used. Loved original product, very disappointed by this....this reply below is untrue. I no longer have all the content I originally paid for. Since the "update" I'm now only allowed to see free preview content only, which is not what I paid for. A total scam.
A greedy business model. I would suggest updating once weekly or even daily. = UNINSTALL
I originally purchased this app when Ihad my iPhone 5. I recently upgraded to a Galaxy S6 Edge. Unbound Medicine has told me Icannot transfer my subscription to the new phone because it was made throuh iTunes. The last time I checked, Unbound was getting paid no matter who sold the final product. To me that is like General Motors not honoring a waranty on your Corvette because you bought it at Fred's dealership and not Joe's dealership. I agree with the other posters that feel Unbound is just trying to squeeze us for every possible penny. Is not Unbound part of McGraw-Hill Publishing? I guess book sales are so bad these days that a once reptutable company has to stoop to these tactics to raise revenues and profits. It would not surprise me that if down the road, instead of a "one time" purchase, you had to have a monthly or yearly subscription. Actually the language in FAQ uses the word "subscription", so that could be on the horizon. Buyer beware.
I paid money before why must I pay again to get an update? How many more updates are you going to give out after this one? Also what's the main difference between this new one and the old one??
I had this on my old phones & recently had to reinstall it with my new one. Now I'm prompted to pay $5 for this app. This was a fantastic once-free(or insanely cheap) app that was passed amongst medical students. Now I'm a codger attending upset that my once favorite app requires me to pay. Yes, only $5. But that's 3 coffees! I can drink those while I look differentials up on up-to-date. Which my hospital pays for :) the Differential Dx Free is OK for a free app, with a cheaper $3.99 version.
Bought this app years ago and loved it. Used regularly. Now find it removed and have to pay again. Unhappy.
Issue is now fixed.
Why do I have to pay for it if I paid for it once before. At the leadt the should be a discount
Good for quick reference
Good
I refer to this app almost daily.
I purchased the old version then my device had lollipop and factory reset done. Now I can't even find the old one on Google play and I should pay money for the new one!!!! I guess if you continued to behave like this, the app rating will be just shit
I purchased via in-app purchased, after i purchased the app crashed and show nothing but the white page, tried to reinstall but nothing came up!

Changed phones as we all do from time to time. Now I have to purchase again? No way.
It was totally free and has installed in other device but now only preview is free.....
Previously purchased but New listing of app means I cannot use
First screen asks for sign in or purchase. Was free on iPhone.
I already purchased the app on My S2 now on my my Z2 It ask me to purchase it again this is not fair & I don't have the old app on S2

Good list of differentials, but little to no information about the diseases themselves. Don't expect to use it as a learning tool, you're going to have to do the reading on your own! But, good for the price of the app
