Very poor location accuracy, It seems like there is no GPS receiver at all, location is only based on LBS.. Not recommended if the main purchase purpose is tracking!

GPS doesn't work, it shows my child is far away despite her sitting next to me, replaced the expired SIM card and now can't change the child's phone number in profile. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Will be anything done about GPS?

The watch was working fine over the year. Just recently I wanted to switch network provider. Unfortunately now the watch does not want to pair. I tried returning the old sim but still no joy. Can someone from Wherecom take responsibility and assist us.

Sos alert delayed by about 2 to 4 potentially life saving minutes. Seems to be a problem with the app not the device

This app can work perfectly but need to update or upgrade some issue such as time in 24hrs format its should be 12hrs format coz kids not familiar with 24hrs format. 2nd issue is the location was not accurate when my kids inside the building like at school and home its shown more than 4km away from actual location..

Bought it for a Christmas present and watch keeps showing "not binding". Phone app shows no device added. Scan code and it shows "already binded!.. very disappointed! Definitely returning!

I had being trying to use this app for my daughters moochie watch but you need to download wherecom k2 app. Then it works perfectly

It hasnt paired a single time since I bought it a month ago. No location ever. Will it ever work or is someone giving me my money back? Need an answer asap.

Anyway can change the watch clock display to a 12 hours format instead of 24 hours format. Children will not understand 24 hours format.

Not working!!! It said its already connected to the watch, but I can't even open the application to do the setting!!! I can call the watch but my son can't call us because we can't add the contacts!! Pls fix it because we paid for it

Tells me the watch is two streets away. Regularly updates with another incorrect location all about a street or two away says no GPS. Bought this on reviews. Would not recommend.

Works perfectly

GPS is not accurate at all, sometime showing our child as being almost 4kms away from the actual location. Calling ability is great..when it works. Currently unable to call or locate watch on the gps at all.

Perhaps this is our carrier, or specific to thr watch we have, but the location has never worked in a useful way. That said, if we turned that function right down for power saving, the watch lasts long enough that our 8 year old can forget to charge it for days, and we can still call each other.

App needs more improvements, like 12 hour format and Internet settings

Currently the watch is showing time in 24 hours format. Is there a way to change it to display 12 hour format?

App works great..small bug fixes but other than that great app and product
