I wish this one was able to see their current account balance at any given time, this is of course for the postpaid customers. You can only see the end if month bill and previous payments but not current balance.

love the fact that it is regularly updated with faults within my area. reduces anxiety when I know that the company is on top of things and resolving the fault

So, this App is pretty helpful and I'd have given it 5 stars if it weren't for your very poor response time to complaints and queries. Work on improving that and this will no doubt be the first thing I'll love about Umeme.

I like the unit calculations part, I wish you can auto detect default watts value and fill in the field when an appliance is selected from the drop down, then if the value is not the one I have on my appliance, I can just change it. You leave the watts field empty if my appliance is not in the given list. This can even help those who can't finds watts value on their appliances e.g phone chargers. Otherwise, I don't see why you have the drop down list.

The app is very good for transparency. You only need to include current meter readings to da bill for post paid customers. Thanks.

This is a very good innovation. Thanks guys. Makes life more easier in making payments.However, i recommend you add a visa payment option by credit card it debit for people abroad to be able to make payments..we run homes too in Uganda. Think about this guys.

whenever i want to check balance.it says connection failed yet am using wifi...have tried100times but same thing

It shows details of other people's accounts. I should not be able to view other people's account details. Please fix this

Thought I could see my current balance of Yaka tokens. Why not show instead of only displaying pavement history?

Connection to umeme failed making it useless
