GRUWeb Timbrature Mobile

GRUWeb Timbrature Mobile permette al personale aziendale di timbrare la propria presenza sul luogo di lavoro interfacciandosi nativamente con il software GRUWeb (http://www.gruweb.it).

Con uno smartphone Android dotato di NFC o una fotocamera per leggere il Barcode/QR Code,
l'applicazione memorizza le timbrature all'interno del dispositivo ed in presenza di linea disponibile (Wifi o SIM), traferisce le timbrature direttamente al server che ospita il software GRUWeb.

L'amministratore è quindi in grado di visualizzare in tempo reale le timbrature dei dipendenti con la relativa posizione GPS al momento della timbratura.

I dipendenti potranno utilizzare questa applicazione in maniera intuitiva selezionando Entrata/Uscita, Causale ed avvicinando il proprio tag NFC allo smartphone o scannerizzando il proprio Barcode/QR Code effettueranno la timbratura.

GRUWeb Timbrature Mobile potrebbe risultare molto utile per quelle aziende che hanno dipendenti che non lavorano prevalentemente in sede (ad es. cantieri, agenti di commercio, rappresentanti, assistenza tecnica, manutenzione impianti ecc.).

With an Android smartphone equipped with NFC , or a camera to read Barcode / QR Code ,
the application stores the booking records within the device and in the presence of available line (Wifi or SIM), traferisce the stampings directly to the server that hosts the software GRUWeb .

The administrator is then able to view real-time booking records of employees with its location GPS at the time of stamping.

Employees can use this in an intuitive application by selecting Input / Output , Reason and approaching his tag NFC to your smartphone or by scanning your Barcode / QR Code will perform stamping.

GRUWeb stampings Mobile may be very useful for companies that have employees who do not work primarily in office (eg. Construction sites, commercial agents, representatives, technical assistance, maintenance facilities etc.).
