About NetInfo Widget | Mobile & WiFi
NetInfo is an easy to use single or dual widget with a clean design that shows the current Mobile data and / or Wi-Fi connection details with quick shortcuts to change the settings for each of them and easy access to turn any of them ON or OFF.
On Android 5 (Lollipop) and newer versions the Mobile data ON / OFF toggle displays the Data usage screen because Google has removed the API used to turn mobile data on & off: https://code.google.com/p/android-developer-preview/issues/detail?id=2103
For mobile data connections it displays the current network operator name, broadband access type (EDGE, LTE etc.) + generation (2G, 3G, 4G), roaming status and approximate data usage per hour / day / week since device boot. For Wi-Fi connections it displays the current network name (SSID), security type, link speed, IP address and frequency band (2.4 or 5 GHz).
It can be used on home and lock screens (lock screen support requires Android 4.2 to 4.4), and when the widget is placed on any screen a settings page is shown with the following options:
• Configuration: Mobile data (2 x 1), Wi-Fi (2 x 1) or Mobile and Wi-Fi (2 x 2).
• Mobile data settings shortcut: Mobile network settings, Data usage or Tethering & portable hotspot.
• Center vertically (lock screen widgets only).
• Background transparency (0 - 100%).
While running on any screen, tap on the top part of the widget to toggle the connection ON or OFF. Tap on the bottom part to show the selected Mobile data settings shortcut screen or the Wi-Fi network selection screen.

It would be even better if it showed cellular data connection as 'Data On' instead of connected which is confusing
