I had a recent MISHAP with a male dispatcher today 1/11/2015 @ 6:19 am. After requesting a cab for pick up and told EST two minutes, I ended up calling back at 6:26 am, letting the dispatcher know I am still waiting. HE SUDDENLY ROSE HIS VOICE STATING HE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FOR THAT SPECIFIC LOCATION AND THAT I WAS TOTALLY WRONG THAT I CALLED ANOTHER cab service. Rather than fix the situation and requesting me another driver, he continues stating I was wrong. UNFORTUNATELY I REQUESTED UBER!
