The fingerprint function tells me every other week that 30 days has passed and I must use my password. By the way that is the same multiphasic 3billion letter using 1 capital, 1 number, 1 special character, 1 dna sample, 1 urine test, 1 tribal tattoo and 3 religious icons password that needs to be changed every 90 days.

App=convenience..! Nope, always redirect to my browser and login there. I can just use the browser and same the space, but Grampa said, you get what you pay for.. I just wish I could get the time back I wasted getting my useless "company access code". We don't need that information for the browser. (unnecessarily angry statement a la keyboard warrior here)

Terrible. Can't ever log in. Seems like the app is down everytime I try to access it. Whole point of downloading it was so I didn't have to log into a computer, but I do anyway. Pointless if it only randomly works a couple hrs a week maybe.

There needs to be a way to request my pto from the app. That way I don't need to log in online to do it. That's pretty much the only thing I use on the website.

Worst app ever. Whoever made it should b fired.....

App will only let me see my own contact info, please fix it would be nice to use for work. Yet it I can view everything on your website just not the app and you say it could be my work!? What a joke!

Horrible. Paystubs and time off only. Half the time I'm not authorized to view my own PTO. How is this a multi-billion dollar company? All the positive reviews are obviously employees. Ultimate Software is one of the worst. If you ever have to fix employees timecards, good luck.

This app is (currently) useless. All I'm able to do is see my "personal and contact information" call myself and set off I receive app notifications. There are NO quick links from which to choose in order to add. In its current form, this app is a waste of memory. My device is running Nougat. It also appears that all of the 5 star reviews so far are either from the developer or their proxies.

It's great that there's an app instead using web, but when the app loads it asks for pin number, I put the pin number in and just keeps repeating the same thing with no further action. Then when I escape out I get a blank white screen...needs an update for the Z981 MAX PRO

Absolute garbage. Haven't even been able to get past the log in screen on iOS or Android. Completely useless

Asks for pin verification instead of fingerprint. Have to enter via browser the user/password to enter again. Each time this happens the fingerprint option is on. Poorly coded app.

Its good but one thing negative about it is that your password will expire on 90 days and whats use of the fingerprint sign in if their is an expiration... pls remove the expiration of the password!!!!????????????

Application error upon attempting to open the app!! Wouldn't even connect to the server...Was told by the developer to contact my employers HR department... They have no idea how to fix an app that they didn't develop..please take responsibility for the glitches and fix them!!!

Doesn't let me get passed the login screen. Changed passed and still nothing

First stages of deployment are good. It could use some optimization with respect to the manager experience. I'm confident that Ultipro we deliver a first in class app with addressing the feedback of end users.

It sucks can't do anything with it . I am deleting it.it is worthless

Keeps asking me to use my pattern credentials to login. But when i do that it never gets passed that screen.

It does not work at all I can log in with my credentials at work but it well not let me log in on my phone at all ????

Pretty useless when I cannot see anything of value when it comes to my team or my own items.

Can't even enter Company code on opening screen. Box is unselectable to type in.

Limited to what you can update. Has place for profile picture but no way to upload one. ???

This app is great for checking pay, learning more about my company, and downloading tax forms!

This app is garbage. All I can see is my contact info. Pretty sure I can contact myself without assistance from ultipro

It doesn't remember your username. The desktop version is better, just drop a icon on your screen and forget this app.

If you thought ADP was bad you've never used UltiPro.

The only thing the app can do is tell me my own contact information, nothing else is readily available. The home screen doesn't even load properly when I log in.

Worthless right now. Doesn't do anything. "Home" doesn't display anything. As others said, you can see your contact info. That's it.

I imagine it would be fine if it actually worked. Crashes every time I try to sign in. Horrible devs on this one. What garbage. Uninstalled.

App works well. I can see my pay stubs but the notifications appear to not be loading, simply says Loading.....

Does not work at all. Shows my name and contact info only. Cannot access paystubs.
