About uKnowMobile™
uKnowMobile™ enables a parent to monitor text messages, call history, contacts, review downloaded applications, pictures taken, sent, and received on the phone, and monitor location with a robust suite of family locator features called uKnowLocate™.
uKnowMobile is a companion application which connects your child's smartphone to your uKnowKids™ account.
Once you create your uKnowKids account at www.uknowkids.com, uKnowMobile should be installed onto the smartphone used by your child. We will walk your through a simple process of connecting the app to your online account.

Ever wonder who your child is texting with so late at night? Now, you will be able to monitor text message conversations between your child and others. By logging into your online account, you will see both sides of a text message conversation, including messages that were deleted. Simply sign in to your online, uKnowKids dashboard to review.
***LOCATION TRACKING***
Did your daughter make it safely to the mall? Locate your child anytime, anywhere using his or her smartphone. You can also schedule regular check-ins and view your child’s location history at 30 minute intervals. All location details are visible on a Family Map when you sign into your uKnowKids account. In addition, you can set up create “geo-fences” and receive alerts when your child arrives and/or departs from a geo-fenced location.
***PICTURE AND MMS REVIEW***
Review any pictures your child takes with their phone, as well as any images sent or received via MMS. Rest peacefully knowing your child isn't ruining their reputation by sending or receiving sexting or other inappropriate pictures.
***REVIEW DOWNLOADED APPLICATIONS***
Has your child downloaded Snapchat? With uKnowKids, parents can review all applications that their child has downloaded on their Android mobile phone. Check to see if they have added any applications that might lead to trouble or that you might not feel are appropriate.
***CALLING LOG***
Is your son talking on the phone when he should be doing his homework? See who your child called, who is calling them and for how long they talked. Quickly and easy review details and the time of day reporting by signing in to your online, uKnowKids dashboard.

Customer support is fantastic but the app hasn't been updated in almost two years and doesn't seem to work on my S6 under Marshmallow. We're still working on it, but i'm not hopeful. On ios this is amazing though.

Update! 08/19/2016. Still not working and have been charged 3 times for the life time option!!! Call and have to leave a message. BBB is being contacted, if this is not resolved very quickly! Original : Stupidly got the life time membership. It doesn't work! Your child can remove the app on there phone or change there password and you have to set it up again! Message support, and you get a generic response that in no way helps you!

We tried using this app, due to circumstances there is no need to have this or the phone covered. I spent almost a year trying to get a refund for the high start price. My recommendation...be proactive and engaged with you parenting and save the money. This app is not worth it in my opinion based on lack of customer service.

Recently, due to incredibly poor security, this company has exposed the personal information of over a thousand children that use this service, over a period of two months. This service will put your children's privacy and personal security at risk. The people that run this are worst kinds of scum imaginable.

I was a potential customer with a question about my child using an iTouch or Android (with no cell service)... Since I could not find info on this scenario in the app store I sent them an inquiry... Their response, TWICE was to send me a link. First to their website which did not address my question and second, for me to sign up for an account in order to access their response?!? Wtf? Response to Developer comment. It was the most current version at the time but your customer service probably hasnt changed

Was able to use the app to download and activate my kids phone. However now every time I open the app it takes me back to the activation screen and does not allow me to "log in" I'm able to access my account through the browser just fine but this issue has made the actual app useless to me. I uninstalled 15 mins after signing up. What a bummer! It would have been nice to be able to just tap the app button and access everything instead of going through the browser and re logging in each and every time.

This app apears to be a 10! I thought it was great. 4 months later it only worked alil from the beginning. After thay all down hill. Gps isnt accurate, what so ever. I asked them to fix it, minimal available. They keep charging me months after I asked to cancel! They took more money again this week. They said it could take weeks to get it back to me! Dnt do it! Faulty app that will take ur money after they provide no services. What a joke.

New version released 1/28 - Much improved! Excellent customer support! First tried this app last month and it crashed while trying to install. The company has great customer support though, so I've stuck with them, and am happy to report that with the latest version released yesterday, the app is working very well now. Only issue left is with the location history - it's showing me a current location but no history - but based on the amount of improvement I've seen from this company over the last month, I expect this last issue will be resolved very soon.

Wastes the battery by at least 20% and uses almost .75G of data every month. I would not suggest getting it especially when you can delete it from the phone easily...
