1)Its look is not good. 2)its take too much time to open. 3)payment problem. 4)u should make it good for people...and then advertise it 5)there is no back button......in top it shows to go to home page not to back make it good as soon as possible 6)if you will not update it....no body is going to use it.. 7)there should be some cash back also.

Simple and easy to use. Didn't face any problem, paid bill in 1min. Five stars from my side.

App is still not able to add a new record even after updation. had stopped working over 4/5 months back. One can neither add a record nor make any bill payment. Utter callousness of UJS.

Why!SBI bank is not available in the options of payment via net banking? And other issue is why sometimes app not work properly? Still SBI not included in netbanking...now payment was done but in last moment there some page error occurred, really useless n pathetic app

Ek dam ghatiya app. Showing error while registering user. An example of corruption by govt. Just having an app is not important it should be working also. Same with your website. You are wasting hard earned money of people by providing pathetic digital options to user.

Bahut hi ghatiya aap hai har baar payment pata nahi kaha chala jata hai, account as balance deduction ho jata hai aur bill pay nahi hota. Aur koi contact number b nahi hai jispe request kar sake, bhai jab application maintain karna nahi aata to aisi ghatiya aap banate q ho.

I enter last 7 digits of consumer code twice as instructed to get registered but it does not find my consumer code in its database!!! Please check your app..I have been paying online from your website which is now not opening.Help!!

My consumer no Is HD14HDH04H45E024019229 had done app online bill payment transaction on 26/03/2016.my credit card is deducted Rs708 from my account but bill still shown unpaid in app .please resolve my problem ASAP. when i try helpline no . i am no one pickup call. This will make me disappointed this time last no such problem arises.

This is very helpful application for android mobile no need of laptop or computer,just install application and bill details will be in front of you. I just want to know that bill payment success rate from this application is good or not

For payment i have to login first,but for log in consumer no is required but in my bill there is no consumer no but only demand no is showing, plz help me how to login for bill payment.
