The Jolts are messages of 140 caracters maximum geo localised on a map which can contain a photo or a video of 15 seconds. After it's creation, a jolt is visible for over 4 hours and is accessible to the users within a circle of 1km. His propagande zone and his live ability increases when the users like the information by Rejolting.
