Lapse It • Time Lapse Camera for Android
This one of the worst apps I've ever used. I wasted like three hours of my life trying to speed up a video. That's all I wanted to do. It uploaded my video frame by frame. Took 97 minutes. Then it took another 97 minutes to render. Then after all that it only edited half of the video
I set it up to take one picture every minute with 500ms gap between frames when rendered. I went on a hour and a half hike. It said it captured 9 frames, but when I play back it's only 4. Very disappointed
Very cool app. I've done time lapse from my hotel rooms looking out the windows in New York City, Washington DC, and San Antonio. Always get a lot of likes and comments when I post them to Facebook and Instagram.
I could use youtube to do this but if im out and about and i make a video of something i want to qiickly time laps it this is great it get 10 stars because i only carry my phone about not my computer so thats also why its good not for this but if u get a app and u dnt wnna get it unless its good read the comments that will say if its good
Disappointed. It randomly stops taking frames and just sits there. the first time it stopped at 167 frames. the second time 2584. can't trust it to do it's job. storage space was not an issue I had plenty left. I hope they can fix that issue. I love the schedule function and I had high hopes, but for now I will look elsewhere.
The app kept cutting off. I have been testing which lapse app to buy and this is the worst of the 5 I have tried so far. Unless the manufacturer responds with a fix, I won't be buying this one.
Not user friendly.... difficult to use.... when convert video it convert to slower not faster...didnt find any easy way to control... work from camera work properly but importing video no.
Its amazing so easy to use allthough it is a little glichy and blury when you do watch your time lapse. Its so convient and i love to time lapse the beautiful Sunset and just watch it with my family and i. I also like to do it at school so i can see me and my freinds doing work, painting and colouring witch i really love to watch ITS SO SATISFIENING!!!! Its deffently worth downloading but i dont think you need to buy it i think it will just be the same. I give timelapse a 5 star rating and i really think that everyone should give it a 5 star rating! I love it so much!!
OMG This Is SOO Good Now I Can Record My Videos In Time Lapse! Easy To Use And Useful! DOWNLOAD IT AND F**K ALL HATE REVIEWS
I am looking for an app like this, but with the possibility to save the pictures on Google Drive/Dropbox and not on the phone's memory/SD card. Or to send them by email, again, without saving them on the phone.
So the app itself seems great so far except for two things. One of my time lapses crashed before it was stopped but thankfully it kept the frames it had captures. Then when I rendered my other timelapse I discovered they put their logo at the end of the video. Still its better than a water mark and considering you get pretty awesome functionality for free I suppose I can't really complain. Also without the pro version you can't render higher than 480p but that is understandable and fair.
I AM GETTING A -505 ERROR. Emailed the email listed as the creator of the app or whatever. But nobody got back with me. Other than my bank account being 2 dollars less i have nothing bad to say about the app i love it just wish you would fix this or give me a idea why i paid but cannot even download the pro version.
The app works unless I use the schedule function or for other reasons it often just crashes. Not reliable unless you can stay with it every moment. .. but what's the point for that. .. it's time lapse.
Just installed now. Went to settings to hit high resolution, only 1080p is max but cant use it cause it's lite version. So only 480p you can. I didnt even try it at that stupid low resolution. I just unninstalled like ultra fast. Useless even to try.
great results. easy to export to Instagram. Works off-line just great. --UPDATE -- I was not able to reduce the frame interval below 1 second even though it allows you to choose intervals in the millisecond range. Maybe the pro version is not 'broken' in this regard?

I like it so far and purchased the pro version when prompted so I could resume a project later. Now I can't view the existing project in the separate pro app. Disappointed.
If you're gonna make a free and paid app, at least let people try the app, and it's features before we buy it, so we know if we want to buy it. Looking for a different app...
I keep having an issue with it crashing and turning off the phone. I have background enabled to full and never exit the app. I have an Xposed module (never sleep) run on the app to never turn the screen off, but I still can't record anything longer than an hour. Please help.

I left it running all day and evening. When I went to view the results, no captures, no video. Ran OK on a 2 minute test so I thought it would be OK. Very disappointed.
"No restrictions for capture length." and "Blazing fast render engine." Are the two reasons I got this app, neither of which seem to be true. I tried to load up a 40 minute video, and after an hour and a half, it went back to the home screen of the app, I checked, and it had the video... At least, it had 5 minutes of it. So, not only didn't it get the whole video (it only got 5 out of 40 mins), but it took forEVER to do it. Waste of my time. Definitely not paying for the pro version.
Old version : My videos won't import!
I was liking the app until i got back to check on some captures that i didnt render in the moment and all the names are there but no pictures anywhere! Truly bummed, if those are lost i'll look for another app before using this one again.
Using LapseIt trial version on Samsung star plus. It's very easy to create time lapse with this app. A drawback is, it takes more time to create movie (render) after shooting frames. .. Once I'll buy the pro versuon :)
It's so cool and I can make perfessional lapses. I can't wait to use it more. It has great quality. You should totally get it. I am thinking about maybe getting the Lapse It! Pro. But I'm not sure, because this, free version works good.
Every time I try to upload a video on youtube, it keeps going back to the home screen on the app!! i mean it has good quality when i record but it won't let me upload anything!!!:(
can't share to IG? just uploads a glitchy file. tried a couple different ways. too bad
Looks like exactly what I wanted but app is crashing when I start capture. Galaxy S4 Active.
Its kind of confusing after you create the video and I don't like how you have to buy another app to add music and stuff. Overall though the final outcome is really cool.
There are some features i would like added like a brightness on the led on the phone not sure if that is possible also for it to do multiple 2 second clips pushed together as the lapse. Was trying to capture cider fermenting in the first 3 days where it changes like wild fire.
Excellent sharpness, control, renders video for export super fast, dynamic interface that's lean. It's all you need for great time lapse photography. +Wilton Woods 2016 Google Top Contributor
What's wrong with this? I have try posting 5 times to instagram. But it didn't work. please work this devs.
Used it a few time, got all the options you want, even rotating the thing cos it changed aspect when in took it out of the tripod. Very useful, I might buy it.
I find it not user friendly. Wanted to upload a video and looked like it was trying to import everything for 48 minutes. Just played around with it, created a video instead of uploading. But can't add music so that's a bummer. I'm sure there's more fun ones out there than this one
Stopped capturing after 174 frames. Demo version limited to 480p resolution, pro version limited to 1080p version. My phone and my gopro both support 4k. Not a very useful program.
Tried to start a capture twice, froze almost immediately with black screen, had to hard-reboot the phone. I heard the app is very nice *when it doesn't crash*, too bad I can't confirm nor deny it.
It just crashes every time I try to make a movie. Haven't had success yet at all.
A very well thought out interface and layout for making high quality time-lapse videos. Easy to use, very quick to get used to, about to buy full version. I am impressed

Does everything you wouldn't want it to lol. Probably because I'm on an old old phone but it was terrible for me. Give it a try though and you might have a great experience! You can always uninstall it if it doesn't do what you want. (:
