I might be a regular customer however your website is preventing me to do so. Simple uploading of an id takes years. Please do something about rmthis asap

Still unable to sign up!

I signed up to access your services, but I felt tired afterwards because I can't proceed if I'll not upload my photo and post my valid ID. How can I cancel that? Deactivate what I just created? Why do you need a lot of personal details before I can be a member and be able to use your services? Grab/Uber is a bit expensive but their apps are easier to use. (or maybe I just got excited after seeing you guys on TV)

I tried to register but form doesnt work. I can't believe your app was approved by ltfrb. You guys claim that you have the most affordable rate, what's the use if people cant even use your service. QA your app and website before launching. Thanks for wasting everyone's time.

I tried many time wont accept my id..its a waste of time

I can't upload my id for some reason took me about ten times to upload until finally giving up because its obviously not working. Fix fix fix now please.

I tried to sign up but it's not allowing me to put in letters in any field...I just saw this in the news tonight...reason I tried :(

Tried to sign up with Galaxy 5 and 6edge, neither worked. Can not enter phone number and name on app. Will not proceed without this info.

Is this still an on going business?
