App crashes when I needed it most. When I was seeking urgent care for myself, this app crashed time after time after time. At a moment when I needed maximum reliability, this app did not rise to the occasion. When I finally did find options, there was no link to the provider's website so I could check hours of operation.

I was finally able to get completely signed up(wouldn't recognize the member number) and now it crashes every time I log in. Wanted to give this app 0 stars. You would think that with all of the complaints, someone would look into the issue.

Quick Care and Coverage services - down. Not very useful for an app that I only need when I'm sick! And all this after spending the time to register with a new account.

Garbage. Keeps locking up while searching. Can't find providers properly. The login password requirements are different from the myuhc website.

This smartphone app (version 5.5.0) will not work with UHC plans that contemplate Medicare coverage. I have UHC coverage that directs me to a provider network. I wanted to use the application to confirm provider participation in that network. UHC describes the app as having this functionality. I correctly set up the application with the correct Member ID and the correct Group ID. The application appears to have rejected that information and mapped to a previous UHC policy with a different Member ID and Group ID. This conclusion that this application from UHC will not work with such coverage was reached only after (1) advice from UHC customer support that it would work with such coverage, (2) UHC application support, which also assured me that it would work, (3) UHC customer support, to which UHC application support referred me) which assured me that it would work and then directed me back to UHC application support, and (4) UHC application support, which assured me that "the application does work" with such coverage but only if I did not use the application and went to a laptop/desktop computer and accessed the appropriate website for my plan through a browser.

Just downloaded for the 3rd time and it won't even open. Crashes every time. Send feedback every time and never get a response

Wouldn't accept my Member ID or Group Number during registration. Said that I didn't have any eligible plans... Then why do I pay you such a large portion of my paycheck?

The app shuts down everytime after I log into it. Probably doesn't happen to everyone but it's frustrating

It is impossible to reset the email used for the account confirmation.

Why won't it let me login? I need it since the insurance doesn't send out cards. Seriously.

The rewards are only available if you have a fit bit or Jawbone product.

Can't find a doctor to save my life! Pun intended. App is useless. Now 2 or 3 fake people will come in behind me and say how great it is. How does this even have a 3?

The app is stuck on verify phone number. The app will not send a 7 digit verification code text. Keep hitting resend. Nothing. Can not access app due to this

This is ridiculous I can't I log in and when I ask for help it keeps telling me the captcha is wrong when it isn't. So frustrating

Miss typed my email add, now I'm in limbo and cant re-register. Have to wait two days for the office hours now

It looks okay​, but it doesn't recognize my membership. I can't niether login, nor register. Therefore, it doesn't work for me.

Nice user experience, very helpful and detailed information about my medical plans. Cool utilities as well, especially provider search!

This app is ridiculously frustrating. About two minutes after installing it shut down, multiple times. It won't let me upload my card, and it had 0 useful information about my policy or benefits

It's not sending me my code for my phone number. Tried it 4 times. Even tried logging in to the website. It won't. Verified my email, all is well. But can't get passed the code for my phone number therefore I cannot do anything online. Thanks for nothing.

I have used this more than once while with the doctor and even with a pharmacist. I like that I can find what's needed in one app. Thanks​!

Horrible. It hasn't let me use this without a network error in the last few months. Kinda like the coverage. Useless.

It doesn't work, I put in my phone number and no code id's sent too me.

Need to be able mark bills paid or or not. It used to work fine until updated but now you can't do anything with it it just sucks
