Finally, the nudge you need to break out of your comfort zone. Reminders, alarms, alerts. We're always trying to train ourselves to do better, to be better and adopt new habits - whether it's remembering to drink more water, get up and move, or change our way of thinking. These are all helpful tools, but there's a problem. We become "alarm blind." When an alert goes off every day at 3:00, we start to hear it as part of our normal daily noise and simply start to ignore it.
