The reference library is stored in the app and does not need to be online to operate, unlike a few others. The interface design is a little questionable, like the button at the top that you need to slide to the side to see more menu options. This style of menu on a phone is kind of annoying. There are a few grammar issues on most of the descriptions, but all in all this is one of the best free HTML5 reference apps out. Well Done!
