It would be a great app if you could use the features. You are unable to scroll down on any of the screens in order to access additional providers, or even use the timer function. Disappointed.

there are times when it is easier to use a nap then to get on a website with my mobile device. Definitely not this time... This is one of the worst apps I've ever used. I'll just bookmark the page in Chrome.

Absolutely abysmal. No ability to change account information. No functionality for scrolling down! This is pretty bad. Recommend using the full website.

I can get into the app without any problem however you can't scroll the pages up and down. For example...Dentist search you get to a certain point and it won't scroll to let you complete the process.

I keep having to sign in every time I try to find a dentist in my area. You are only able to see the first few dentists on a list of 100 because you are unable to scroll down the list. Save yourself some time and bookmark the website in your browser.

The navigation on this site is absolutely terrible. Zero stars should be given in my opinion. ....

I think this would be great if they fixed the problems with it but looking at the other reviews from a year ago I guess they don't care as long as they get their money from us

Provides easy navigation throughout the website. It worked superbly for me the first time I tried it!

You can't scroll. This is kinda an important feature.

I tried the app on 2 different make and model Android phones and it has the same issue which is I cannot scroll down. Consequently I can only see the first page of benefits info, claims, lists of dentists in the search function, etc. Better to use your phone's browser to login to the website instead of using app. Tried the iOS app version and it works great.

As many other users have stated, anytime you navigate away from the app or use the back button, it logs you out and you have to manually enter your username and password. It would be very helpful if the app would remember or save user info. Also, claim details will not load at all; the app hangs up and you can do nothing more than force close the app. Needs some serious improvement.

Can't use this worthless app

Just downloaded this. Wanted to search for a dentist in my area and it brings up the first hundred... unfortunately I can only see the first 8, and 7 of them are at the same practice (so really I'm only seeing two). Also, can you please consider giving ratings on the dentists. That would really help the member choose a dentist that fits their needs and is recommended by other members.

Has many issues which include: log outs, gets stuck when loading claims, can't scroll down on screens with more info below, scrolling through coverages and pressing back cause user to start over from beginning. Please fix, has potential if issues addressed.

You have to log in to this thing over and over and over again. Mess up taking screenshot, and end up on your home screen? Log in again. Hit the back button one too many times? Log in again. Worse, it sticks on "please wait..." while viewing claims sometimes. Only way out is hit the back button. You guessed it... Log in again! So frustrating!

Navigation in the app is terrible. Unless you don't mind not being able to scroll down or constantly having to re-enter info because you changed pages.

It isn't horrible, but every time I accidentally press the back button I end up signed out and have to manually enter my username and password repeatedly. It's OK if you don't need to do anything serious with the app and just want a quick glance at your account or find a dentist. Anything more and it is frustrating to use.

Everytime i go to another App it signs me out!!!...Tired of signing in again and again!!!...Fix this please

Everytime I launch another app to check something and come back a few seconds later I have to log back in. Needs to only sign you out after time.

App is very simple to use. Works great. Everything you see and need on the website. It is all here in the app.
