You get approved and once you pay for hearts they put you back on the pending approval list. What in the world kind of business is this??? That being said this is a huge waste of time and money. I highly suggest that you stay away from this app. I would like a refund, but, i doubt they will respond to any messages since they haven't responded to any of mine.
