ส่วนแบบทดสอบประกอบด้วย 3 แบบทดสอบ ได้แก่
- แบบทดสอบฉันชื่ออะไร เป็นแบบทดสอบประเภทเลือกตอบชื่อของเรขาคณิตที่สอดคล้องกับภาพ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อทดสอบทักษะความจำเกี่ยวกับชื่อของเรขาคณิต 2 มิติ
- แบบทดสอบนับรูปเสกเลข เป็นแบบทดสอบประเภทพิมพ์คำตอบ โดยวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทดสอบทักษะการสังเกต การจำแนก
