- The same high security standards apply as to UBS e-banking and the UBS Mobile Banking app
- Accessible using Access Card or password: you determine the protection level for personal documents and passwords
What you need in order to use the UBS Safe app
- You have a banking relationship with UBS Switzerland AG
- You live in Switzerland
- You have an e-banking contract (valid "UBS Online Services declaration")
- One-time activation of UBS Safe in e-banking
- You have a smartphone with Android version 4.4 or higher

Sorry UBS, your app still not working correctly with NFC! It always gives errors! Error 1: Required data not available at the moment! Error2: Login is not possible at the moment. Please check your internet connection and try again later! My connection is perfect, and it did login once with Error 2 message still displayed! Please fix this!

Either keeps saying that login os not possible and to check Internet connection (connection is perfect) or once logged in but crashed immediately

Ich habe alles korrekt eingerichtet und versuchte meine ID hochzuladen doch es kommt keine Fehlermeldung und danach ist der Ordner immer noch leer. Auch am PC ist nichts drin. Nicht einmal die Basisfunktionen scheinen korrekt umgesetzt worden zu sein. Erweckt kein Vertrauen und lässt an der Seriosität zweifeln

Ich habe UBS Safe App auf mein Mobiltelefon geladen - und auch wieder gelöscht. Die App ist Mist. Wenn ich mich stets mit Access Card einloggen muss, ist das Unsinn. Wenn ich unterwegs bin und etwas brauche, ist ja die Access Card nicht dabei.Die App ist zu nichts nütze. Ein Stern, weil kein Stern nicht möglich ist.

Are you going to introduce NFC support too or will the only way to access it via 2-way authentication be the access card and reader?
