My four and seven year olds love this game. They play with ith for hours and I hear them giggling away. I think it would be perfect if it had a few more games. Very fun though. I would recommend!

App not working keeps telling me network not available. Have tried three different phones with same results. my network is fine....I am using network to post this low rating. Daughter disappointed was very excited about Ubooly. Now its just a plush toy with a zipper.

My daughter received her Ubooly in December of 2012. This app used to be awesome! NOW??.. WHAT A JOKE!!!! Ubooly just keeps repeating itself no matter how many times my daughter answers "yes"or "no" or asks to play something specific. She clicks the book to play a game and that doesn't work either. I thought apps were supposed to get better not worse. My daughter is very disappointed today.

The speech/language proficiency level matches the age group, and makes it very engaging for the child. For a largely aural app, it is quite innovative in the design of the games/activities.

Why do the credits cost money and please make it where they interact with each other and make it where it can listen better and where its like a pet

This is the best game ever lol xD even if you're 11 or 12 it's fun

I've deleted most of the apps my children have been using. This is it for us except a few games from one other developer!

My son loves interacting with Ubooly. Its a fun app, that the kids love.

My 4 & 5 year old daughters love this app. We don't have the stuffed animal but they don't seem to care.

It never works for me. I contacted Ubooly to make sure my phone is compatible and after checking, it is. All Ubooly does is wiggle it's ear and not say anything. Very disappointing, as my son was looking forward to this. I guess I'll need an iphone.......

I would give this 5 stars, but my daughter got an Ubooly as an early Xmas present. Says it's compatible with ipod 4 & 5, but it won't download on her ipod 4. Get a message saying to update to ios 7, but ios 7 isn't compatible with ipod 4. Why doesn't this app work with more devices? Why does it advertise incorrect compatibility? I put it on my Galaxy 5, but it's too big to insert into Ubooly & I don't want her taking my phone all the time. Wish it worked on her ipod like it does on my galaxy.

When nobody is around, adults will have fun going on all those colorful adventures they've forgotten how to do. Best remark ubooly has made so far: "let's keep rowing down this increasingly turbulent river!" Only criticism is poor voice recognition. Please improve accuracy and increase number of recognized phrases.

Needs localisation. Annoying squeeky American voice which you can't hear it when the phone is in the cuddly toy.. Although on reflection this might not be a bad thing...

My kids love it

Bought the large and small Ubooli plush toys for grandsons. The app worked great initially on my 2013 nexus tablet, even purchased a game. After an update the app no longer works. Still works on android phone. But just locks up on tablet. May be a disapointing Xmas morning! Sent email to support, hope they have a fix. If not big ubooli is going back. Edited Dec 26th, large and small ubooli returned to company!

Even though it seemed as if, at 8 years old, my daughter might be just about growing out this sort of toy, I got one for her for Christmas. I needn't have worried. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S4, which is a bit snug in the little Ubooly, but it DOES fit if you remove the case. The app works fine; it doesn't understand what my daughter says 100% of the time, but I know that VR is still a work-in-progress no matter what the application. The jokes, activities, and stories are a huge hit with my daughter, but what really charms my wife and me about it is that Ubooly's script is clearly written with care and love and a great sense of humor. Many of Ubooly's comments work on more than one level (e.g., amusing to grown-ups on one level, amusing to kids on another level), which makes it a fun experience for the whole family. I've been designing humorous computer games for 25 years, and my wife keeps saying, "That's exactly the way you would write it if you were working on this project!" Congratulations to the developers of this toy; I wish them enormous success!

Installed on a DROID 2 running 2.3.4. Saw multiple issues during the install, searching for a connection, estimates of up to an hour to install. Once installed immediately force closed upon launching. Unistalled and reinstalled and was able to get working for about 20 minutes. In those few minutes it was incredible watching my daughter interact with it, really cool! Unfortunately it force closed again and I haven't been able to get it to work since. Guess i'll be returning.

A bit slow to reply to voice commands on my HTC Sensation (in German), but otherwise the way to go ;-)

Ran insanely slow first use, I tried several more times and it started freezing up and crashing. Wanted to test app before buying plush for son but could not get it to work.

Best new app since minecraft. Kids really love this. We have the plush toy which makes it an even more adorable friend for your child. Nice to see some active play from children using a gadget

Freezes and makes phone slow. uninstalling. Glad I didn't buy the $30 plush.

With the toy and this app my granddaughter and I are having so much fun. This has got to be the best present ever!

Works on one of my phones, but it doesn't work on the Samsung exhibit that my granddaughter uses. Please fix this!!
