If you have one, make sure to disable your VPN client before running this app - else you'll be sad trying to login. Super happy with this app. Totally what I'd expect. This isn't the Edge OS UI from other Ubiquiti products, but I don't think that's the intention of this product. While not a review of the app, my home Wi-Fi speed tripled with AmpliFi and it took NO effort beyond spending my discretionary income for the month and plugging stuff in. Super happy.

The mesh system itself is fantastic, the app is another story. It's nice, and pretty easy to use but it crashes, A LOT. I can't add a new mesh point because of the crashing. I need a web or Windows based app to configure and control from my laptop too.

Love the insite the app gives you into your home network. Loved how simple it was to setup my amplifi as well, it was pricey but so far worth it with the quality

Easy to use! Router is awesome! I have a full signal at all points of my house, and then some lol Outstanding product! Very pleased!

Excellent system that just works. I went through a few high end routers trying to get coverage across 3 levels and this is the only system that worked. Only complaint with the app is simply with the lack of notifications when a firmware update comes out.

Router works great...the Android App is useless...give us some PC based software. Pretty pricy $$$ for little to no control over settings.

Happy with the performance of the router, and the app works really well. I really hope the usb port will be utilised in the future.

Absolutely flawless so far. Wifi as it is supposed to be, reliable, stable and fast.

Can't use alot of functions since last update. Can not change the name of the mesh antennas or change the frequency. This needs to be updated ASAP.

So far no major hiccups and great coverage in my old 3 story house.

Amazing - I have been using the Apple Time Capsule and Airport Expresses hoping to "extend" my network. WTH have I been doing!? Used Linksys, Dlink.. I read a review on Amazon that said "don't even hesitate - just do it". They were right, if you have a decent sized house / 2-3 levels. Man this thing is unreal great app too!

I absolutely love my AmpliFi router! The router alone is insanely good, but when you add a mesh point.. oh man.. it's awesome. The simple UI is fantastic. Loving my router and this app!

Outstanding router. With recent firmware updates, it has more features than most users need in an easy to use form.

The HD version is the only wifi product to ever give me 100% full coverage with strong 5g signal. Keep up the great work. 5 stars all the way.

Fantastic.

Very simple. Remote access helps 'family tech support' to keep loved ones up to date, although the remote access UX could be improved a bit. I especially like how it pushes pending updates to be front and center. Never an excuse to have outdated and insecure firmware!

The app is great overall. I'd like to request a feature for an advanced guest setting - a schedule for when the guest network is on. I'd also like to see a part where you can customize what the router screen shows, maybe photos?

Great product, but found a bug making static ip address. Can't enter the ip on Google pixel phone. Keyboard doesn't come up

great router. easy to use and very straight forward to setup. range in 5ghz mode covers our 2700 sq ft house with full bars on all my wifi devices and handles all 8 devices plus 3 computers seamlessly. great product.

Only request is for direct remote management via the APP other than linking to another service like Facebook and Google.

Impressive features.

New adopter of Amplifi, for use in a 3 level house, it did not disappoint. As advertised, simple setup, took 3 minutes to find our signal and start work. The app was easy to understand and very helpful to see what is going on under the hood. 2 firmware updates already via the app, so they are minding the store too. Overall, happy with this purchase, can recommend for most demanding home user situations.

This app and router are intended for non-IT experts. Great for an average consumer, frustrating for a network expert. Using it as an access point. Most MAJOR frustration: Apple app gets updates before Android. I do not own--and never will own--an iPhone, so I guess I am a second-class customer in the view of Amplifi (UBNT)

This application works well. It is easy to set up and they continue to add features. Couldn't be happier with my purchase of the Amplifi mesh router and APs

I am no longer able to assign static dhcp leases. The field for the ip address does not function, preventing me from filling it out

It's not bad. Little speed loss to the mesh points but better than my Bell router could put out. App is nice with cool features. I'll be testing the google mesh system and then deciding what to keep. This one is much cheaper though and the hardware is super sexy.

I understand that this product and app have only been out for a few months. And I have only had this installed for 48 hours. That said, this is app is pretty good. I wish the web interface was equally this good, however. Definitely has room to grow to be a phenomenal app.

Have used this since I got my HD system back in October. Like the updates, so far so good. Hoping for more updates with more user control over time.

Like the features. Better then any other router just wanted a faster WiFi not to get the same just in more areas of the house should just say fixes dead spots

Works great. Easiest setup of a router that I've done in a long time. Helps get everything done, probably not a power user's favorite but for most users: fantastic.

I have been setting up networks of all kinds over the last 19 years and this is by far the simplest and most intuitive. Easy to understand features and control over my network.

I installed this unit today. I got it as a Christmas gift. I currenlty use Cox. My download speed increased from 35.35 to 64.76. Huge difference.

Chatted to submit a 'night mode' bug, and is now fixed about 40 days later. Only issue I have now is the total usage start date, can't reset it to make it useful. If I could sync it with my ISP, then it would be helpful. Almost 2 months old on the main unit display, but app display changed the start date to the last firmware upgrade, though they say the same total data. It's a frill feature though, I got this to be reliable and it has been great. So many firmware updates I think I missed a few,a good thing.

Needs work! There are missing features you would find on the most basic router. Why aren't you more transparent about the fixes/changes in each update rather than those extremely vague changelogs on the store?
