Introducing the UniFi mobile application. Use the UniFi app to:
- Access the UniFi Controller to manage entire networks of devices while on the go.
- Provision a UniFi Access Point (AP) for basic functionality without configuring a UniFi Controller.
Requirement:
The UniFi AP must be physically connected via an Ethernet cable to a network that provides IP addresses using DHCP.
How To:
1. Ensure that the UniFi AP is in its factory default state, displaying a solidly white LED.
2. Log into your Ubiquiti community or SSO (Single Sign-On) account for backup/restore functionality. (If you wish, you can skip this login.)
3. The UniFi AP should appear on the device list if your device Wi-Fi is enabled and both your device and UniFi AP are on the same layer-2 network. (This is similar to the device discovery feature for other Ubiquiti products.)
4. If your device Wi-Fi is not enabled (or your device is on another subnet), then select scan QR code from the menu. Note: This is available only for models with the QR code sticker.

Still needs work, two interesting spots would be 1) notify the user in case of device disconnection, since there is a cloud key or controller which informs the cloud them why not push the info to the app, 2) make the device info easier to use, like in the desktop version, got a 47 devices site and I have to check 1-1 to see if just one needs update. Especially with the 1st one I had major problems with a customer as I had to login and see that 1 switch and 9 antennas were down for hours

I've been working with a giant name brand wireless for years and Ubiquiti stomps a hole in them with everything they do. This app is great, the hardware is great and their controller is light years ahead of everyone. And it's not a lousy subscription! Great work Ubiquiti!

Takes ages to load up with new update.. still needs remote ssh mybe a pre built in VPN for just ssh? Or devices would just adopt like they should that would be nice..

Very polished app for remote site network overview. Very nice cloud integration with local controllers, mine on local linux. Cloud key device should be even more interesting

Great way to configure and check up the APs, I have the Unifi software running on my server and connect via Open VPN to manage remotely.

I like this app the only problem I have with it is accessing cloud keys from an outside network. When I'm on the the network it is very fast but as soon as I'm mobile it won't connect. I have to log out and in a few times then sometimes it works. Keep up the good work!
