Menus are not in english Try Read2Me instead. It was created after I couldnt find a decent program to di this sort if thing. Handles html as well

Need option to restart tts reading part way through the text rather than always from the beginning.

You hve to copy your .txt files in the folder for this app, there's no file browser. One you open a file, it does nothing at all. No TTS, no menu no, nothing. I am using the Ivona TTS voice for my Android phone. Cool Reader is free and has TTS and a full suite of features. Use that instead. Uninstalling.
