app doesnt work at all.ubl needs to be fix this issue asap.u should make a new app with new features.at the min we r unable to login.gives error all the when i try to login and error appears invalid user or password.

Rubbish as couldn't even create an account. It kept asking for new memorable word. Wasted my precious time. Pathetic app doesn't even have customer support. Regreted wasting time esp after reading others reviews

1st time user but i m really disappointed. Transaction fails every single time. Called UBL helpline & they asked me to try it with laptop using internet explorer. Didn't get the point of having this app if in the end you have to use laptop for this

App is already bad enough for 1 star rating but UBL services are another reason for hating this app. Very disappointing as I have managed to waste lots of time and even called the helpline few times as well because the payment was successful from my account. Its been nearly 2 weeks now and I haven't even received the refund yet.

It used to be a good App to send money to Pakistan. In last few months, it's broken and always gives me error on 3D authentication.

Work perfect only took me 5 minutes to create a account and transfer a money for collection 5 minutes more then perfect can not be better then that. I read the comments was surprised how illetrate our people are do not know how to make a stupid account. I was laughing on one comment guy said why this app not have a finger recognition lol... Such an idiot if you shovel that finger up in your b..t it will get recognized lol.. if that service is from some English people they will be saying yes sir no sir. Very good very nice. Our people are so ungreatful do not appreciate and motivate our own people and respect our own country. They give one star for their own stupid things.

3d identification failed. Not working rubbish software. Waste of time

For me this app and UBL online has always worked flawlessly. App layout could be better but they transfer money on same day and no charges for transections above £150.

Trying to sign up, although I have done everything right and filled in all the mandatory fields but still asking me to complete mandatory fields despite all being filled. I GIVE UP!!!

started using this app. love it.. easy to use and transfers money in minutes. although email said it will take 48 hrs. thank you ubl.. keep it up.

It's all right but need to have options for send money to other bank accounts as well.

We should be able to login using fingerprint.

My payments on main remittance website always go through fine immediately , but when using the app it keeps failing for Visa card payments that require "3D secure" authentication with the banks. Needs fixing even on the new version! It needs to be tested with verify by visa 3D secure before releasing!

I'm surprised at how well laid out and how easy it is to send money to Pakistan. Also its free to send money over a certain amount. New UPDATE and now shows sage pay error 5003 and asks for 3d authentication tried 2 cards same problem.UBL PLZ FIX

It has been 3 weeks since I downloaded this crap app. Every time I input my login details and hit login I get a simple network connection error. Did everything I could but in vain. Spoke to ubluk team but no update yet. Left no choice but to uninstall.

Not working on samsung S7 edge .plz fix it. Otherwise perfect App for money transfer .

Hi I am using this App for a long time. Never used to have any problems when I was using Samsung Galaxy Note 3 but it's not working on my new phone...any suggestions???

Persistent network error means I can't even log in to the app. Will be a relief once it's fixed...

Ended up loosing £1000, I hope I get them back. Apparently the application timed out while I was doing the transfer. Now my bank can not release that money back, as it's committed to UBL but they can not do anything....
