Time & Tide - Lapse for Camera for Android
However, this app doesn't turn JPEG sequence into video file for you. It's suggested to do it on PC since you still have to remove unwanted picture(s), apply HDR on bracketed pictures, stretch contrast, and/or de-shake before making timelapse video.
Some devices were not capable for long period shooting, please try before going into the wild or you may just wasting time on poor crafted 'smart' phone.
I develop it for myself 'cause in most of times my DSLR could not stay on tripod for long time, especially under unstable weather condition. On the other hand, my waterproof Xperia was capable for continuous timelapse even in raining days. Please let me know if you have any suggestion to help making marvelous timelapse video!

I don't know if it's just me or it really doesn't have the ability to switch cameras from front to rear one's but if it can please tell me how. I'll give it a 5 star if it can switch cameras......
Good!
Amazing
Just what i needed! No B.S. Just dose it perfect. Thanks!
Amazing simply the BEST
I got problem that app doesnt connect to camera when screen is off. Any solutions?
This looks like the perfect app for me but is "unable to open camera" and simply closes. OPPO find 7
This is a beautiful app for timelapse photography. I wish it had direct FTP or cloud storage support and an option for continuous operation. (For some reason, the program is limited to 99,999 frames?)
I always wanted an app which can allow me to take photos after a specific period of time......i took 200 photos of a sunset....and then i convert that photos into video....and i had my first ever TIME LAPSE PHOTOGRAPHY.... i simply love this app....i used time lapse photography on ice melting...on clouds....and on flowers....now my phone is better then dslr....i want to give 100 stars because this app is totally free... thanks developers.....God bless you (sorry for my bad English ) ;-)
But the camera shutter sound won't turn off even when set so in options. Very annoying.
Maybe add an option to save in PNG format .
Your download of the
Works fine. Love the features. Exactly what im looking for. Except for one issue. Managed to capture 600+photos at one go. However at certain case it just stop at 30+ photos and stopped capturing whilst the counter still moving. May i know what causes this?
Maybe add an option to save in PNG format .
Was not able to get any type of long exposure, its just a count down timer as far as I'm concerned.
After trying several time lapse apps with in-device rendering on my new Samsung Galaxy S4, I realized I'd have to fall back on my tried and true method of creating the video myself on my laptop. This app is EXCELLENT at doing what it's supposed to. Only unfortunate downside is the lack of resolution options (16:9 4128x2322 or 4:3 4128x3096). But considering how simple and awesome everything else about this app is, I can work with that.
This is what I've been looking for! I want to capture photo's and edit them on a pc. Hate those other apps that auto render. My phones just like a gopro now. Thank You!!! Galaxy s4
Please fix error not stop if convert
"Camera hardware malfunctioned" is an error i keep getting. I think it might be related to my hardware though, not this app. I use a TF201 Transformer Prime and im doing about 8-10 hour long lapses taking a picture every 99 seconds. Unfortunately its started failing lately less than 50 pictures in. This app has more features than any other app out there, and the bracketing and framing onscreen helps me set up my tablet precisely where i need to, as well as the ISO, focus, and exposure locks. It cant be beat for features. One possible feature add: Allow more than 99 seconds between photos? Update: Dev reads reviews and increased the time between photos :) Awesome, upped to 5 stars! Thanks
This app has totally screwed up my phone. No camera shutter sounds working except for in this app. Can no longer connect to wifi. I expect the developer of this app to pay for the damages to my phone.
Maybe add an option to save in PNG format .
In one word: gorgeous! Works charmingly, provided your phone meets certain criteria that I have yet to understand. Tested on i9190 S4 mini to 100% success, and Alcatel OT5020 to limited success, hence the device-dependent success.
Was not able to get any type of long exposure, its just a count down timer as far as I'm concerned.
Its best app for the job Keep it up ....!!!! Donations coming ur way :)
You fixed it
It's even better than simiar paid apps in the market. I use this app to shoot stills & Virtualdub (freeware) to process the photos and make 4K time-lapse videos. Thanks for a great piece of software. My donation is on the way.
Excellent!

Poor set up. I can set 1000 pics to be taken, but Menu->Limit will limit me to a max of 500 MB. So if each pic is 2 MB, I will only be able to take 250 pics, not 1000. Eliminate, the menu limit and give a space estimate for the number of pics to take and give warning if not enough space.
