Banking with SGBL

I found that i can enable finger scanner in the settings so i can log in to the app by scanning my finger without writing the pin code everytime. The problem is that it only worked once i need to disable/enable this feature everytime i log in so it can work when i run the application the next time.

This app is really useless : late notifications so most of the time the balance is incorrect, useless news notifications, takes too long to load. I don't think it's so complicated to get an app that actually works.

Very slow on android, it takes lots of time to load and crashes. Amounts aren't the same as the ones on the website. This application needs lots of modifications in order to satisfy the needs of the customers without driving me crazy everytime I use it.

Very bad app. Late notifications, Need a financial advisor to understand what u owe or where ur money went. Even balance sometimes wrong: have to update 4-5 times to get the right amounts. If my bank was closer I wouldn't have installed it.

I have a OnePlus 3t running a more secure android than 90% of the population and yet I don't have access to the finger scanner option? This app is slow, seriously slow. You can get a new president faster kind of slow... and i'm on a flagship device...

Very easy app, but data is always wrong. What is the point of a nice app, if information is not up to date. From my 10 experience with sgbl, i don't think the problem is with the app, i believe it's with the bank itself, being unprofessional. Eddy A.j.

Useless app... Strange that a bank would not take a corrective action in 24 hours for such an issue. Still good customer service at head office.

It should be more simple, late notification balance always not updated. You get lost with all the notification. You cant have the updates of account activities.or have the action of the account for the last 6 months.

No body wants to get a notification about a transaction 2 weeks later.

It does not work on Xiaomi phones. I called the bank and they said it will not work on "chinese" phones with no justification.

Very bad application you should work on it more unfortunately im obliged to use otherwise i wouldn't download such a usless app

The app is not user friendly and very confusing. The notifications about purchases and updates sometimes take 2 weeks, which makes the balance inquiry unreliable.

Need to be faster than that its very slow all the funds in it incorrect fixes it quickly

Very outdated UI. Data is several dates late Login takes forever, saving anything takes forever.

Unfortunately it doesn't work on my PAD. It gives the following message: Your phone is not activated. Please call the bank for more information.
