Ordered a shirt. The next day it went on sale. After calling customer service and sitting on hold for over an hour and a half. Still noone answered. So i went on the live chat after 3 times an hour each i talked to 3 people they all said i could get the shirt at the sale price but yet i still paid full price. I went on chat again waited another hour and they said ok we will put the money back on your paaypal. And guess what yup still no money returned. Almost all my clothes are UA and this is how they are. Worst customer service in my life...UPDATE they have refunded me the money....but they still need to work on the customer service wait time and response time...great product great prices. So why not great customer service.
