UnTouch - Baby Touch Blocker

I am using this to trace and it unblocks very easily so unfortunately not fit for my purpose however this is not the intended use of the app so in fairness I have to give it 3 out of 5. The app has potential, however I need a lock which is configurable so that it does not unlock so easily. I would have thought 4 taps in a second was OK to stop the screen from unlocking. Alas this is not the case. I fail to see even as it's intended purpose how it would remain locked for long.

This app is awesome!!! I was searching for games that had a child lock in them and not many do, and some are impossible to unlock!!! I downloaded a different app before this one that only works on YouTube or Netflix, this app is great because it will work for anything!!! I do not need to look for games with lock included, I also love the added unlock pattern because my child can unlock screen using just the 4 taps. This app is so great, it's nice to get your child to sit down and be quiet while playing safely with your phone or tablet. Thank you, I have recommended it to other parents.

For my 10 month old I had to increase it to 7 taps in a second and aded the pattern confirmation. This was almost perfect but she pushes the physical lock button and when you turn the screen off its in the Android lock screen, with baby lock. No more baby video.

It worked the first time but then the icon went away. Even working the first time, it didn't lock the hulu play options or volume. My sons tablet doesn't show the notification in the bar now... So I have no way to turn it on anymore. Really bummed, the reviews looked good.

It's nice little app it just lacks one single function, and that is locking of power button. I have Samsung Galaxy S3 NEO and i downloaded other touch-screen locking apps and power button lock works. So if you can add this i will give 5 stars because there is need not to, its good app and pretty looking.

Doesnt work as well anymore on lollipop. App doesn't show up on notification bar anymore. More cumbersome now as you have to launch the app each time to turn it on.

It locks the screen so my 2 year old can watch cbeebies without calling China and costing me millions. However... You can lock the volume buttons but NOT the power button. All the screen functions are locked but he can still turn the phone off and therfore turn cbeebies off as well. Kinda useless. If locking the power button was added in this would be the perfect app. Until then, 3 stars.

I would have given 5 stars, but the fact that the Home, Back, & Menu buttons on my ZTE ZMAX aren't blocked. So, while I can start a movie that she can't stop, lil bit can still escape & wreak havoc on my phone.

Useless if hoping to use for full-screen games and videos. Impossible to activate. Needs floating or overlay button.

I have it on a S6 phone and a T705 tablet, for locking the screen from accidental touches when running critical apps. It just works. 4.4.2 and 5.0.2 all fine

I have sent the developer several e-mails regarding the show touches setting not working. I have received no response. I love this app!!! I am suffering from unreturned love.

Very usefull app but hasn't been updated in a long time. The notification doesn't show in Galaxy Tab S2, which means it cannot be accessed as intended. Also crashes on GS5 when activated. Please fix.

I used to be able to follow the instructions for Netflix, however it does not work anymore. Disappointed. Works well for other video services, but not Netflix anymore.

This is a great app. I have yet to see any issues or have struggles with bugs which makes the application even better. I love the freedom I have with nothing to worry about my phone while my son accesses his favorite programs online.

I needed this to block the screen because an alarm app enabled the screen when any alarm triggered. If phone in bag or pocket at the time, random things got activated. This fixed it with no fuss.

None of these apps work fully. My son ALWAYS touches that part of my phone rendering this app utterly and completely useless to me.

I have the g4 and in Netflix it doesn't give me a countdown timer, but it works on my child's tablet. I know I'm doing it right it just doesn't work with the LG G4.

Donated to this app (for the delay functionality) to use on a RCA Voyager tablet. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be anyway to prevent the soft keys from showing up once UnTouch is enabled. -- 'Argus Touch Blocker' seems to be the way to go.

I'm sad. It doesn't block the Recent Applications (menu) button on my new S5 phone. It worked wonderful on the Samsung Galaxy S3 mini.

Does not block buttons on galaxy tab like menu, back, and app manager.

Tried using this on Note5 but it does not work. The recent button and phone lock still works when blocking is active. Kinda sad concerning that blocking the recent button is the highlight of this app.

After switching from apple devices to android, I really really missed the guided access feature, especially having a 4 year old and a 6 month old. The baby always hits at the screen, and I have to sit with him and struggle fighting him to fix it, and we both get frustrated. Now, he can hit away and get and STAY excited at watching the movies. I'm still playing with the app, to find some weaknesses. But for now, THANK YOU. I WOULD DEFINITELY PAY FOR THIS APP!

I wanted to use this to let my son play with the selfie camera while I used voice control on my Galaxy to snap photos. Unfortunately this app blocks voice commands as well, and there is no option to disable that function. Also it doesn't disable the hardware buttons on Samsung phones, so he's still able to kill whatever app I have open.

I am using Mi4 and its not de-activating the home button so giving 3 stars, if you solve it will give you 5 star and will also purchase the full version

This app is awesome. I just put Hulu or Talking Tom on and the turn this on, and she can't do anything. She loves touching the screen, but with the extra safety protection after the tap to unlock mode.

I hope aside from the trigger in notification bar, you create a widget or shortcut/floating icon for blocking feature.

Read other negative reviews. Always a galaxy user... come on devs, Samsung aint working? Wtf. Smh... owell... App will not ACTIVATE. if I check box "confirmation" in settings, app just quits n boots me out. Maybe theres some tricks. Idk. Also wont show notification. Boooo

This app does exactly what i need it to do! It locks the screen into a movie so i can give my 2 year old the tablet and she can't mess anything up! It's easy to activate, and easy enough for an adult or older child to unlock, but not so easy my toddler can do it (my 7 year old can after being shown how). We tried another that was so hard to get out of i feared we had bricked the tablet!

My daughter learned how to unlock it in 20min.. Never recommending this to anyone

Alternate activation method needed can you create an icon that when tapped it locks the screen and not a widget but an icon similar to the screen lock icons that has 2 icons one activate lock another to change app setting I am now able to create this feature now the app is broken on note 5

Downloaded to stop pocket dialing 911, thanks to the designers to put the emergency call on the lock screen, which is stupid. App works great and not that much more to do to unlock the screen. Execute the app and then your phones screen lock.

Works well enough but it's hard to reactivate it you have to switch applications are inactivated reactivate it again then switch back to the other application which makes it a pain to scroll through your pictures. Be nice if you had three tabs for on three times for us or whatever instead of having to go and reactivate it every time. Uninstalling.

I installed this app and set it on more than 4 taps..however now when i try to use it i cannot because it never goes down in taps it keeps saying i need 7 or 8 more and no matter how many times i hit it it wont unlock...uugghhh..i have no clue how to get this to unlock! !!

Great app, but the function of blocking the Back, Home, and Windows buttons aren't working. My son pushes them quite consistently when watching a video. May have to switch apps since that's the biggest annoyance. Motorola Droid Turbo.

This app would be perfect if it had the option to disable the on/off button. My 3 year old will push any button she can. That button stops everything which makes the app useless if I have to keep unlocking the unlock app to get past my tablets lock screen to get back to a movie.

We have this on our tablet and phones. We cab set a playlist for our kid and not worry if he puts his hands all over the screen.

It prevents my baby to calling people and also helps me, since I like to let yt videos run while the phone is in my pocket
