Universal Password Manager

Truly very good secure and simple to use. I know I only gave 3 stars, I have changed phones three times and each time I could not restore my password information. I liked it well enough to re-enter all my information 3 times, but no longer. I give up! I have a different password keeper. No. I do not like it as well but it will restore my information when I change phones again. Truly a disappointing out come.

I used to use this on a galaxy s4 which worked perfectly, now i have switched to a nokia 6 and i cannot restore my backup!!! Very dissapointed as i think this is a must have application on any phone but am sad to see it not work on every phone Edit: I have found the problem. You need to go into app settings and clear all data and cache and then enable the permissions. Im not sure why the permissions are not a push notification for this app.

Simple and viewing mode is good... The issue is with editing. It's been like that for years now, can't scroll down and see info that I need to edit. Looks like the app has been abandoned by the dev...

Generally very good however it could do with a timeout or auto close feature in the settings, I find I forget to close it and it is still unlocked an hour later when I next unlock the phone. Surely a bit of a security risk.

Restore issues is easy to fix. I've used this app for years and recently backed up the database before performing a factory reset. I'd get an error trying to restore the database because the app had no permissions. I had to give the app permissions before being able to restore.

Great but unable to sync between multiple devices using the same dropbox account. Tested several times changes on device 1 does not cascade to device 2 upon sync

Very disappointing. After performing factory reset the restore is not working.

I made a backup file on my tablet. I went to restore it and it said it had a problem restoring the file. So now I have no accessible PW file. Frustrating!

Same here.I backed up my pw because I wanted to wipe my phone clean due to all the pop up ads which I did. When I tried to restore, it would error. I was hoping that a paid version would fix this but there isn't one.

With all the accounts needing unique (meaning never using the same password for multiple accounts), this is an EXTREMELY IMPORTANT app to have. It's been on every device I've had since my first Android phone. Just wish it was also available for Windows so my computers would have it.

Would be great if we could store the DB functionality within our Google login as an AES ENCRYPTED DB, so it auto syncs no matter what device we're using, and if our device is lost/stolen, nothing is lost when a remote device wipe is performed to prevent security compromise.

An excellent app! The review noting how to restore your information was the best news and most helpful information from a Google user. By clearing the data and restoring permissions I was able to restore my backup. Thank you for a wonderful app.

I have created back up on my old mobile and now installed on new but when restoring it shows error problem performing file operation what should i do

This password keeper has served me reliably through 3 phones now plus various notebooks,laptop. It never fails to retrieve my data.i store the database on dropbox free version. Im so nervous when i tic that retrieve box,but boom every time. Id never remember all my stuff.easy to sync,edit,add.just mail yourself the main password because you cant get it from them if you forget it. Happy happy!

This app has been great for years until the last time I upgraded my phone. I got the new phone, installed the UPM app and went to set it up and nothing. I tried every option they had and nothing. I lost EVERY SINGLE ONE of my username and passwords. I must've had over 40 accounts that I lost. I have since switched to password keeper. So disappointing.

I've used this app & have been happy with it UNTIL my phone stopped working & I had to have it replaced. I downloaded this app, wrongly assuming that my info would be there. It's gone. If anyone can help me I would appreciate any help you can provide. If I can retrieve my info & will give you a 5+++ stars & will rewrite my review. Thank you!
