Simple Timer

I use this timer for breathing treatments. It performs in every way. Actually better than timers that I have paid for. Although it won't ring with any of my song ringtone, I have found several ringtones that are really pretty. It works when the screen is asleep and when I am using apps like right now doing the review. How about that? Simple Timer is superb. Ena

This was my favorite timer. I just upgraded from a Galaxy S4 to an S5, and now the timer display in the drop-down notification area isn't accurate. Sometimes it's a few minutes behind, and sometimes it doesn't change from the initial setting at all. Too bad, because I'm looking around and I still can't find one I like as much as this.

It seemed to be ok but it seems that the longer it goes past the time before it rings or it doesn't ring at all. But I liked how simple it was. Just wish it worked everytime.

Not working on xperia z2 5.1.1 android. When countdown ends it just pops up notification. No sound at all. Even when app is open an you stare at it

My Samsung phone did not come with a timer app so I wanted to download one. So I found this one and it works perfectly! Easy simple design and it dose it's job ☺

It's a good app.But can u make in update where u can put the thing u want to change like this.For example,"tyoe" then I say "Oops I made a mistake" then you go back to where you made a mistake then it's "type " that's what I mean.(-:

This timer is very good it wirks just like a microwave. Even when i sleep it wakes me up. It is a very usful thing to have. I use it everday andmit works perfectly

I Love it! My phone is stupid enough that the timer thingie won't work. Thanks to this app, now I can test myself with 1 minute multiplication!!

I would like it better if it used the notification volume on my phone instead of media volume or it would sound when the volume on my phone was silenced also it would be nice if you could save different times for those of us who have to time multiple things and it would be nice if when the timer finished it would popup on the lock screen to stop the alarm. With a few tweeks I would give 5 stars

Great app it is really a timer you set the time and when it finishes counting it makes a very strong alarm want my advice install it now don't listen to those other people they don't now what are they saying for real it never failed me

WAS great but now the timer counts down but the alarm doesn't go off when it reaches zero - annoyingly alarm goes off some time later. Makes this totally useless!

The timer silently goes off and I almost burned part of my family's dinner because of it, uninstalling immediately!!! Wish I had read the reviews BEFORE I installed this piece of crap!

Really dig the simple layout... but having issues with the timer not ringing, no audio! Big problem =(

It goes off when done! The reason I think people are saying it doesn't go off its probably their volume

Personally, I think this app is awesome. I like how I can set the timer, play a game, and have the timer still running. It helps me keep track of how long I've been reading. Also, I think its nice since it doesn't glitch, take a long time to download, or bring me back to the home screen. Keep up the great work!!!

For some reason, it has stopped working correctly, despite re installation, rings erratically or not at all... Uninstalled for good.

Was expecting it to light up my phone screen / appear on top when timer gets to 0. It does not. I need this functionality for a number of reasons - one being quick turn off.

Nice and simple to set. I use it several times a day and have deleted all the other timers that I had.

Love this timer! One caviat: Does not ring loud enough (yes! All of my volumes are at highest volume!). If volume goes up - you're definitely at 5 stars! Thank you!

It is of no use. I had been setting it for 1 min and kept on doing my work. When i felt it was to late so i found a small indication on the notification bar "timer has been over". And it was to late. I advice all not to install it. It's a fake app.

I need a simple timer that will buzz but not play a sound. This one plays a sound and even though I downloaded an MP3 that is silent, I'm not able to select it within the app. My search continues.

Instead of 5:00 showing on the home screen why can't it count down with the timer. So you don't have to keep the screen open. O o and maybe have it on the unlock screen. That would be HUGE. Ooo and a pop up for shutting off the alarm. Simple right. Maybe than 5 stars.

i just had to spare few moments of my time just cause to give this app a review...its perfect!works smoothly...my phone was almost out of space and this app was what i just needed!..although,it would be better if u could set the timer repeat itself automatically :)

Nice simple app. Permission friendly. I like that I can punch my time in on a keypad. I would like a screen always on option or to have the app turn on the screen when the alarm sounds. Also, would be nice if the alarm loops until you hit stop instead of playing once. Overall, happy with the app.

Just updated the system on my droid turbo and now this app does not work anymore. I am very sad because I used it all the time and I can't find another one just as good

Here is the good, bad and ugly for the Kyocera Torque XT. Good: privacy respect and ease of use. Does what you ask and nothing more. Bad: nothing really. The ability to set alarm volume independent/overriding phone volume and a bright screen flash/led/"flashlight on" on alarm would be nice. But nothing takes away from it performing as advertised. The ugly: keypad has each key bottom cropped 20-25%. Annoying, but liveable. Would recommend to all.

Love this app!! Its super easy to use and i can use it for anything!!! Plus tye alarming tune is quite relaxing ..but can still wake you up in the morning!! :D i love 5/5

I love this app it don't take up a lot of space. It installed really fast. It is better than a lot of other timers I downloaded.

No frills just timer. easy to set. doesn't want access to your privacy. Still love it great app. the one draw back and it's kind of a big one is the alert. only thing I'd change is timer alert. when the timers finished it sounds the alarm only once. 2 bad & a real bummer if you don't hear the very short alert then your screwed and your cookies burn

All you need to do is tipe somthing like this 1.00 2.00 3.oo it helps me whith home work

Clean little timer but ... The alarm sound rings once -- if you miss it does not continue to beep.

This works just like a microwave oven timer. All one does, is type in the time and press start. Optionally, give your alarm a name in the rectangular box at the top, before you start it. Remember: this alarm automatically uses your phone's default ringtone; so if you would like a specific song to play, first go into your phone's settings; and configure that song as the default ringtone for the phone. Make sure the phone volume is not set to vibrate or silent; or there will be no audible alarm.

Now when I practice my recorder, I know how much time I practiced
