Tea Timer Pro

This was by very first downloaded app. I loved that it didn't need a lot of permissions, and wasn't a big, huge file. Been using it for nine months or so, adding all my personal teas; however, when I tried to add another tea yesterday, it popped up "Unfortunately, Tea Timer Pro has stopped." I didn't realize until after I had uninstalled and reinstalled it that the tea name cannot have an apostrophe. I'll have to re-enter all my custom teas. I'm kinda new to this app stuff, but I still really love this timer. It's so customizable (just avoid apostrophes)!

Can't reorder presets, built in presets are separate and not editable.

It's easy to use and has a good set of standard teas. I like the fact that it supports Celsius degrees.

My kitchen tea timer is worn out. This app is just what I needed in a hurry. -- I don't need a nanny to tell me how to make tea. 3 minutes too weak for you? Set up a custom timer! And as a bonus, it doesn't ask for extra permissions. AAA+

It works nicely for what I tried, but it is missing some categories of tea in the selection for custom tea like the Oolong, which is one of the largest and Pu'er, the oldest kind. I like being able to add my own teas. Maybe you could add some features like the amount ok leaves, the water temperature, etc. But we can also just write it the description. Overall it's nice but incomplete for those who are "big tea drinkers".

I love this app especially since I can add my own teas and their brew times. I wish there was a way to back up data for when you stitch phones so you don't have to reinput all the information.

While the app has a very pleasant interface, the default times for brewing result in a rather weak cup of tea. I would recommend eliminating the distinction between built-in teas and custom teas and allowing adjustments to be made to defaults.

Simple app that does what it's designed to do ... no issues so far; but I've not used as much as I do in cooler wx.

Steeping temperatures only in Fahrenheits. Celsius needs to be there too.

I can't believe how this app isn't bigger. A decently clean interface (not a big fan of the background, but it's not bad) - one of the better I've tried actually - and very easy to operate. I have three suggestions: 1) Not everyone use the Imperial system - please add support for the metric system 2) I don't see the use case for differentiating the preset and the custom teas 3) I'd like to be able to add URLs for each tea (for vendors i use, references like wikipedia) It would also be nice to be able to exchange tea entries, but that is not very important to me :) This is hands down the best tea app I've tried! I'd easily give it five star but the three suggestions prevents a 5 star vote from me.

Simple countdown timer. For some reason in order to turn off the alarm, I have to turn on the phone, unlock it and then drag down the notification bar - at which point the alarm (which is playing at the loudest setting regardless of the current phone volume - however if the volume is off it does not sound at all ) finally stops. Also, if you set an alarm, exit the app and then started again, it gives you both visual cue that an alarm is already scheduled (just shows start screen).

And it's free? Now I might remember all the cups.

Great app. Preferences are easy to set, and so are custom timers for different types of tea. This app has helped me get the green tea I like just right, each time. Who knew a "clock" could bring so much happiness!
