Security Service myBranch App

Upon opening the app my view was rotated to landscape and wouldn't switch back. I'm assuming it thought my Nexus 6P was a tablet and set the orientation incorrectly. I added the app to keep tabs on my automatic loan payments but I can't view automatic transfers because the app doesn't support that feature. Unless someone can fix the orientation problem I will be uninstalling the app.

Used to love this app. Now Security Service won't let me use it on rooted devices, so it's useless to me. Rooting had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with banking apps. There's no legitimate reason for blocking me from using the app. Thanks for ruining your service to take a stand against ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

I have this bank account for a car loan purpose, so I make payments out of my external account from another credit union. I can't use the app to transfer funds which is very frustrating. Basically all I can use the app for is to see how much I owe, then I have to log in through the internet page to pay it. Very useless app if you need this.

You need a better way to enter date of birth. Going back 60 years one month at a time is ridiculous. I tried holding the left arrow to scroll faster and it didn't work. Pretty lame.

Can't log in. Tried to use this app when it was 1st updated and didn't work then. Thought with all the fixes it would work now. Nope!! Asks me for security question that I didn't select. Also tried "new mobile user" option and it tells me I'm already enrolled.

Constant log in errors despite the fact that I triple checked to make sure I was entering correct information. Website works fine, what a horrible waste of space

Ssfcu has been a blessing for me personally. This app is great and fast. I don't understand people's complaints but in this world it's impossible to keep everyone happy. Thanks for everything!

Slow load times. Internal server errors. "Error" errors. Unresponsive account selectors. App kicks you out for inactivity while you're using it. App and website both go down often for maintenance.

Has to be probably the worst banking app ever. Constantly get errors when logging in, that is, after it loads for a good minute or two after entering my password.

I couldn't log in at first, turns out I had to set it up first by pressing the "New Mobile User? Enroll" link. This really needs to be emphasized here and the link should be above the login info, maybe saying "First time users CLICK HERE".

Gave not to good rating.. But now it works awesome. "Would hate not to have it.

The check deposit feature doesn't work well. I always have trouble with it.

Sucks ass cant even log into my own bank account fml

So I updated the app with Google Play and now my previous shortcut will not work I deleted it read downloaded it and it would not work I tried to create a new shortcut to my home screen and it won't open I have to go through Google Play Store and hit open just for it to open the app what is going on with this new app I don't like it please fix the bugs

security questions not working for me. keeps locking my username

The app is nice. You won't have issues if you read the instructions provided in the welcome packet. Also - to see SSFCU reply to each of the reviews, really shows the quality of the service they provide.

Had to remove and reinstall, since then the app has worked well

I have not had any problems so far with this bank. It has been very good to us. I mainly use the mobile app.

It's straight garbage. I can't access my acount even after talking to reps.

Bank it's self sucks. Can't log in, making a payment takes up enough time as it is and this bank does not make things easier for you.

Had the app for over a year and never had a problem. Only wish it had detailed description of transactions.

Won't let me log in. I've been trying for days. I can log in just fine via PC and mobile browser but not in the app. Junk.

The newest update is horrible. Works fine, but it only displays in landscape and makes it impossible to use with one hand.

It's awesome but on the next update can ya'll put fingerprints to sign in easier?
