This app is useless. For weeks now, I haven't been able to login. I can login on the computer just fine. One of the main reasons I use the app is for mobile deposits. I haven't been able to do that in weeks! I live out of state now and have to go to a "sister" credit union to deposit checks. It's ridiculous. Please, for the love of God, fix it!!!
Crashes on a new note 8, just like on my old note4. Maybe next year or in 2019 they'll get an app that works and is useful. Between this and not supporting android pay is about time to switch financial institutions.
On my Galaxy Note8 I have no option to log in with the fingerprint reader. It says after I log in I can go to Fingerprint Settings under Device Settings but I find no such thing on here. On my previous Google Pixel it was present and it was very convenient back then.

Forces me to use the phone sideways.... Why?? Other that that it does what it's supposed to do.

Cannot get into account as of today. Goes to screen that says "show/hide account" ask you to select account you want to show and says can give nickname. Hit next button nothing happens, select skip and it goes to screen that says no content. Worked before today have HTC 10. Deleted and reinstalled still same thing now can't even sign in
Well worked great until yesterday 2/18. Can't even see my accounts. Mobile deposits menu etc.. Strongly suggest to find a better bank that actually has a working app! So dissapointed!
Increasingly unable to login. As of today, completely unable to access the app. Changes to app preferences do not save. Errors occur in the middle of a transaction. Required complete restart of the device. Tried clearing cache with no improvement in the performance. Unbelievably embarrassing when deciding to make a purchase that requires a transfer of funds.
Try to log in and it says "the input field is not valid, please try with the valid input". Everything about you guys got worse when you merged with BVCU.
Recent update broke mobile deposit, checks that I get monthly that have never had an issue depositing now supposedly don't match the value. Disappointing that this is broken now and PMCU still won't support Samsung Pay.
Today, and again (several times post BVCU merger), only one feature works: login. System down. Worse yet, this banking service has been plagued by high-severity defects in major features since it was first released -- in trainwreck form, login impossible -- to customers. Branch personnel have assured me several times that these issues are known and would be resolved, but the app continues to be an embarrassment. I will be closing my accounts ASAP -- I am sick of apologies, referrals to ineffectual technical support, and this crap app.
I hate this app, everytime I log in it ask to select an account and there is no account to choose from is just a blank page.
Don't assume that me rooting my phone makes me untrustworthy.
Nexus 6 Android 7.1.1, can't login. Yes, I've uninstalled and reinstalled and quintuple checked that I'm using the same username and password that is working on the website. One bonus star since it has a database of ATM locations that works without logging in.
Can't deposit checks, which is a shame because Premier Members is usually on the ball with this kind of stuff.
Handy app and stable lately. Use it daily.
I like the quick view setting, but every time I try to use the mobile deposit, it closes the entire app once it tries to save the picture. Uninstalled and reinstalled, but it didn't fix the problem.

It has worked (mostly) for me but not well and not always. They should make it much better.
After the update today, 10/6/16, the camera still doesn't work or focus for mobile check deposit. Very disappointed in the premier members team.
Terrible deposit experience. Would not accept pictures of check. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but did not help.
I do not ask much of this app. But handling a remote deposit correctly is vital. My Samsung s4 does not auto focus on my check, and there is no provision in the software to focus it manually either. This is a huge "fail" in the product testing for this app.
POS I've never had a mobile app for banking this bad. Will not properly Focus check. After 9 attempts I gave up. Same check deposited Chase first time.
I might as well just get in my car and drive down to the bank, stand in line and deposit the checks. Or use the ATM. But what's the point? I really don't like apps that make it difficult for me to keep my carbon footprint down. Can't detect the correct amount, spent nearly 20 minutes trying to deposit ONE check using my LC G2. Not happy.
Used the previous app for about two years with little problem. This one is more cumbersome. Biggest problem now is the focus won't work so checks can't be deposited. Recently it could not correctly identify the check amount on some checks. Galaxy S5. In frustration I downloaded app to wife's IPhone 5. Works. But still cumbersome.
How is it that the camera issue with mobile deposit STILL isn't fixed? It worked before....this is the ONLY feature of mobile banking that I use or care about. This merger has been 10% convenience, 90% frustration.
I loved this application at first. I loved that I could deposit checks from my phone. But last week the camera focus stopped working. It's blurry and can't read my check info. I emailed them but no response and not fixed yet. In the beginning the camera would self focus and take crisp photos. Very dissapointing! Everything else works great, but honestly the only reason why I need the app to deposit checks. Hope it's fixed soon.
Problems with Deposit feature. Taking picture goes to "Processing...." screen. Then after 2 minutes or so, drops back to "Take Picture" mode. This app needs a lot of work if I"m going to use it. Perhaps, I need to look for another Credit Union to do my banking.....
I tried doing a check deposit with this App and it just doesn't work. The app couldn't match the check image to the amount I typed in. After about 30 times of retaking the check photo and retyping the amount I finally gave up. Oh forgot to mention that I am using a Samsung Galaxy Note 7 with Android Marshmallow OS release and my camera is 12MP. FIX THIS APP! UPDATE: The canned response from the PMCU person has a "dead link" that goes nowhere. If you want to respond then do so with concrete dates for a fixed release. Your canned response to everyone is NOT helpful and makes it seem like PMCU has NO plan to fix this or at least no planned update release date to fix this MAJOR problem with the App.
There is no way to focus the camera on a check making the mobile deposit feature useless.
Awkward to use; frequent errors where app says amount detected does not match amount entered-which is nonsense; happens even with crystal clear images. Updated 8/23 - So far has worked for only ONE out of THREE attempts. Images taken with 12mp phone camera are perfect - in focus, clear and all corners in frame. App still can't process the image! LATEST UPDATE DOES NOT WORK AT ALL! (9/11) DEPOSIT FUNCTION FAILS WHEN EITHER FRONT OR BACK IMAGE IS SELECTED.
Not able to log in, yet again. I really am scared for my security since this banking app keeps going down. Locked out from account, again. I am really unhappy about this service.
Since the merger, this app is functioning very poorly. I moved from Colorado and depend on it. I have been disappointed and inconvenienced over and over again.
It won't focus on the checks, so it is useless for what I need it to do - deposit checks.
This app is great, however, why is the camera not focusing the images for mobile deposits? Super annoying.

Just use the website. (Many of the features missing were present in the original BVCU application on iOS.) Notably, line of credit and credit card accounts, pending transactions, and an ability to copy text from the application are missing. Bill payment cannot be set up. Mobile deposit takes pictures but doesn't succeed in reading the check. Detailed transaction information is displayed, but is of limited use since text cannot be copied. Application disallows screen capture.
