The app certainly requires some work. As for the cab company itself, was no use to me, as I got from the start "no vehicles within 15 miles radius" or "ETA 29 minutes." Might be good for scheduling a ride for next morning to SFO, but not for immediate need.

Yellow Cab Co. I think is a very good company. They are open 24/7. they always come on time for me. the fare is not much money. The quality of the car is amazing. I only call this company to go many differant places.they are never late and all of their drives are doing there job. Also all the owners are the sweetest gentlemen. I definitely think they are the best choice, in which way we don't need to ask for help from friends who might rather stay home sleep. They have different discounted rates for Airport

I usually like to take my own car to Office.But last Wednesday my  car broke down and i was running late to the office. So at  last minute I called the Cab Driver Raj Kumar for the Cab. He said he will be there in 14 mins but that guy was Quick. He reached at my place in 9 mins.I been through many cab drivers but that cab driver was very Nice. He was the most reliable,courteous ,professional and easy going cab driver i have ever met! 

I have used this service 7 times. I would use this service to pick up my grandfather.They give you the peace of mind that you will reliably get somewhere on time- maybe even early! The typical experience: You place an easy and efficient call to the service.Shortly after, your driver gives you a personal call to confirm time and location. They almost always appear 15 minutes early and patiently wait for you. If it was a last minute reservation, they will usually show up within 10-15 minutes after your call!

    This service was great. I called the day before to get a quote from my Bar in Natomas to san jose City College and it was reasonable so I booked the Yellow Cab Co. Peninsula / California Cab Co.. On the day of, the driver was on time and very friendly. When we arrived at Sac City College the meter said the total was more than the original quote, but he honored the price we had discussed. I was very pleased with the service so I called them again that same day to take me back to my Bar.Really great, hone

I try not to take cabs often due to the inconvenience they always seem to cause. But yellow cab peninsula is something else. Its amazimg how prompt they are and eloquently fit to my needs. Thank you yellow cab!

I don't think I have came across a better company than this. Their cabs are clean, promptly on time, and except every form of payment. Their dispatchers are extremely nice and tend to my every need. Highly recommended!

There are a lot of cabs companies in Bay Area but this taxi cab company yellow cab is the best I ever saw. Very reliable on time and great service, neat and clean cabs, well dressed up driver and always on time pick up. All Drivers are very nice, friendly, and helpful. They have water bottles and newspapers available in All cabs. Dat before Yesterday, I called them on last minute to pick me up from the office to Oakland Airport. If you're in need of a taxi in Bay Area, you'll most like be calling these guys Yellow Cab Co also Known as California Cab in Palo Alto and San Jose Area. Obviously you can hail one in the streets, but if you're in hurry need of a pickup at a certain time then you can book over the phone or online. Usually they're ok if you've booked for a specific time, but if you're in a rush on a Friday or Saturday evening and you don't live in a busy area, you must use their app!  This may not be an issue in larger cities like SJ that are continually saturated with cabs regardless of the neighborhood you find yourself in but in a city like San Francisco City, where urban sprawl reigns supreme and you are always 5 or 10 miles away from where you want to be, having the ability to pull out this app & in 10-15 minutes you KNOW a cab will be there is ALWAYS AMAZING. Today I just tried the app and it worked great. The taxi was a bit early but in this situation it's better early than late or not at all. Got to go SFO I needed to go fast because Uber Driver didn't show up and California Cab taxi driver was very courteous. Their new addition  automatic call feature to tell you your taxi has arrived is really cool. I did receive the text saying it had matched to a driver mean driver already accepted the Taxi order. Great Job.

 I just used this for the first time in San Jose, and it worked great. My favorite part was being able to choose which Cab carrier to have pick me up (california cab, yellow cab, etc) the driver even called me when he got there. Also, the driver was really knowledgeable about the app I used, and he was explaining how using this app is the best way to get priority for pickup. I paid right from the app, and he received the payment recipt seconds after I confirmed it. I will Giv

I have been involve in taxi industry for long time The taxi industry gone to nextblevel with this app loved it keep up the good wof k guys.

Their customer service is very good I got this because I already used their app to book  a taxi. This app always works really well, and would even show me where taxis are available on a google map. It never go wrong even once, where a payment I posted didn't get received by my taxi, and so I paid through this app and never have to pay driver directly. 

I strongly recommend using them.

u cool bro? This yellow cab app is AWESOME! I can see when my trip is assigned to a cab and actually i receive a taxt msg. Love it! Htc one Love the gps feature. The app is a good app. I used one finger to book, accept and track my cab. Easy to cancel trips and very fast.
