Would be great if it stayed connected. Have had this for almost a year and a half and for about a month it has been telling me its offline. When it does connect, it only stays connected for an hour or less. Pointless if it won't stay connected.

When it's connected to my Internet, it's awesome. I don't have to wake my sleeping kids to get up and turn the air or heat up or down. However, it won't connect to my Internet since the last update. Please fix this issue!

Great new app. Provides quick, remote and precise control of thermostat settings. Simple uncluttered User Interface design. I had this new Gateway installed replacing an older model that crashed and I'm not having any inaccuracy issues yet. I like the "app", it

This app frequently reflects incorrect current and target temperatures as well as different temp than what the thermostat itself says. Worryingly, it's not small differences. It's off by 20+ degrees! The only thing that corrects it is to shut down my system and restart it. The app will also say that we've run our heat... even though its 90 degrees outside. I'm counting down the days until I can have this thing yanked out without paying a penalty.

Called support and they said the app wasn't "live" yet and could not provide an ETA. If I wasn't stuck in a 2 year contract I would just go buy a nest.
