New Zealand Tide Charts. Track the tides using your devices GPS to show your location or pick yourself from 250 locations around New Zealand. No Internet Access is required for the lookups however the GPS Maps do require a data connection. So, if you are sitting on a beach you can still display the high and low tide information. You can display the current date, or any date into the future right through to December 2017. Major ports included are Auckland, Bluff, Lyttelton, Marsden Point, Napier, Nelson, Onehunga, Picton, Port Chalmers, Port Taranaki, Tauranga, Timaru, Wellington and Westport.

So wrong it's dangerous. Seems to adjust for daylight time in the wrong direction, ie adds an hour instead of deducting it.

This app has been giving me the wrong tide times for Auckland. Compared the times to a different app and they were about 1.5 hours out.

Work in that it displays a tide each day, otherwise useless. Have spent a fortnight traveling kaipara harbor, but for each port I've tried the tides have been about hrs earlier

Gave wrong info for Cathedral Caves (Nugget Point). Almost missed the low tide :(

lt only gives Port Chalmers, and harbour entrance . There are major tide time differences for locations around the Peninsula, St Clair etc. These are very popular surfing beaches. Tunnel beach access requires tide times there.You have to know the offsets. Difficult for residents & visitors alike. Compare this with the number of locations around Wellington & Invercargill

It doesn't even give me the accurate reading for Pataua which is where I go for collecting shellfish. I have to do the mental calculations to plan my visit. Will not be purchasing.

All tides were an hour late when switched to nzdt in summer. Pain in butt
